Kissimmee Villa Communities

Bass Lake Estates is a niche community located very close to the WalMart on highway US192 (near to Medieval Times). It is an established community of just 72 villas varying from 3 to 5 bedrooms in size, which are situated on quiet cul-de-sac roads. Alongside the houses, there is a child's play area, barbecue and cabana for use by residents and guests. Bordering the community is conservation lake-land and a large stocked lake, which can be fished.

Situated in a great location just off highway US192 (next to Medieval Times and WalMart), Bella Vida Resort offers luxury villas in a purpose built vacation community. Designed around 15 acres of conservation lake-land, there is a central clubhouse with large zero-entry pool, fitness room, volleyball courts and children's play-area. With so much available, even days off from the park are a pleasure.

Getting to the parks is straightforward, with back-door routes into Walt Disney World Resort and International Drive. Use Interstate 4 for Seaworld and Universal Studios. If you are visiting for a golfing holiday, you are as central as you can get, with courses located at all points on the compass - and all within 10 miles of the community.

An established and well maintained community of approximately 300 single-storey vacation villas. Chatham Park offers a peaceful alternative to the hustle & bustle of the parks and shopping outlets. There is a large gated pool and tennis courts that are only available to residents and guests. Children also have their own play area. For less stressful activities, take a walk around the park and lake to watch the local bird-life.

For golfers there is a host of first-class courses in the area. Chatham Park is an ideally placed community, with quick and easy access to parks, attractions, shopping outlets and restaurants.

Compass Bay is a new purpose built gated complex located between highway US192 and SR535 consisting of town-house condominiums positioned around smaller lakes. Some condos have their own adjoining private pool, but there is always the larger community pool and cabana - which is available for residents and guests only. Children also have their own 'Tot Lot' playgrounds with climbing frames.

A development of large houses (up to 7 bedrooms) and villas offering lake side views and situated in a conservation area south of Kissimmee towards the city of Poinciana. Offering peace and quiet for those times when you want to be away from the hustle-and-bustle of the Walt Disney World area.

Crescent Lakes is a part-rental part-residential community and offers some great villas for renting when visiting the area. A car is essential when staying in this area. When visiting the parks, there is a choice of routes via CR532 and Interstate 4 or more likely, via Poinciana Blvd onto US192 and then towards Interstate 4. The recent widening of Poinciana Blvd has improved this route and given the shops and outlets en-route, is likely to be the best route when visiting Seaworld and the International Drive area.

A small private gated community of landscaped gardens, situated on the south side of Poinciana Boulevard (off highway US192), towards the intersection with Orange Blossom Trail. Cumbrian Lakes is a peaceful community, with numerous lakes and nature trail walks to view the bird-life and wildlife that frequent the area. For the children, there is a play area, so a great excuse to bring out the sandwiches for a relaxing picnic.

If you are looking to visit the Saturday Night Cruise at Old Town, this is just over 6 miles from Indian Point. Also, if you enjoy animals, then you are in for a treat. Literally opposite the community is the Green Meadows Petting Farm. An excellent day out from the parks and an ideal place for letting the children get up close with farm-yard animals and even milk a cow!

A part rental - part residential established community that is located in the south Kissimmee area. Eagle Pointe is a quiet part-residential community built around two lakes. The community offers a mixture of one and two-storey vacation homes set within a wooded conservation area. Some homes offer lakeside views.

With an array of excellent golf courses in the local area and countless others just further a field, staying in Fiesta Key and the south Kissimmee area means you can get to the early tee without having to sit in traffic.

Hamiltons Reservse is a small community just off US192 - offering villas of all sizes - which are nicely spaced for privacy. There is a clubhouse for guests, which also has an exercise room. The community also has a communal swimming pool, park area and tennis courts. For the fishermen, there is a also a small lake which is stocked.

Overall, this peaceful community offers 2 and 3 bedroom villas built around a lake, with excellent access to all major attractions, shops, outlets and restaurants.

Lake Berkley resort is a newer gated community, hidden away off highway US192 and built around three lakes in a woodland area. Offering 3 bedroom townhouses through to 7 bedroom villas with private pools, this community offers something for any visitor.

Boasting great community facilities, guests have use of the clubhouse with arcade games room, TV area, Internet room and fitness centre. Outside you will find communal pools, exercise stations, tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball court, whilst children have their own play areas. If fishing is your sport, the lakes are stocked and can be fished from the pier. Alternatively, take a relaxing walk around the lakes on the designated natural trails.

Lakeside Estate is part of the Buenaventura Lakes subdivision, which is one of the most established communities in the Kissimmee area. This area has always been popular with residents and offers a hometown atmosphere, which is reflected in the selection of properties available. There are a number of smaller communal facilities, including parks and children's play areas.

Liberty Village is a small, part-residential part-vacation home community built around a number of small lakes. The community offers a mixture of one and two-storey vacation homes set within a wooded conservation area. Considering the number of lakes, many homes will have lakeside views.

Terra Verde is a magnificently landscaped gated community in a great location for visiting Walt Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios. Set around a 3 acre lake, the resort community caters for all party sizes, with vacation villas from 3 to 7 bedrooms. The resort community has a central clubhouse, with an ATM, internet room, arcade games room, fitness room, business center and beauty salon. Outside there is a large heated community pool, beach with hammocks and pool-side tiki bar. For more active guests, there are new tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, table tennis, a playground for small children and for anyone wanting to fish, the lake is also stocked.

A small, quiet and gated community of around 50 private homes, located just off US192 and near to Medieval Times. As a community, The Hamlets offers quick routes to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld; via SR535. En route, there is also the Lake Buena Vista and Premium Shopping Outlets, which are favourites for bargain hunters.

Carry on a little further past Seaworld for International Drive (and the Orange County Convention center). International Drive offers an array of restaurants, shops, attractions, outlets and attractions. Back door routes to 'The Loop' complex and many of the lesser known area attractions make The Hamlets an excellent all round location to stay when visiting the area.

Villa Sol is a new gated community, with luxury Spanish-styled rental villas and townhouses set in landscaped gardens on the east side of Kissimmee. For guests, the community boasts excellent community facilities, which include a clubhouse with a fitness room, communal pool and spa, tennis courts, a basketball court, children's play area and even communal barbecue facilities. If you are feeling a little more energetic, there are also walk-ways and cycle paths around the community fauna and flora. On the other hand, if fishing is your thing, there is a boat dock and ramp which can be used to access the bordering East Lake Tohopekaliga.

A small development of varying sized villas just off highway US192 near to Medieval times. Windward Cay overlooks a conservation area and offers easy access to the nearby WalMart supercenter, along with many restaurants and shops on US192. Being in such a fantastic location, the Walt Disney World Resort parks are equally accessible, along with Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive area using Interstate 4.

For golfers, Windward Cay provides an equally fantastic location for your visit with a number of excellent courses in the area. From Hunter's Creek in the east to Celebration in the west, all are easily accessible through back-door routes.
