Bass Lake Estates is a niche community located very close to the WalMart on highway US192 (near to Medieval Times). It is an established community of just 72 villas varying from 3 to 5 bedrooms in size, which are situated on quiet cul-de-sac roads. An established and well maintained community of approximately 300 single-storey vacation villas. Chatham Park offers a peaceful alternative to the hustle & bustle of the parks and shopping outlets. Compass Bay is a new purpose built gated complex located between highway US192 and SR535 consisting of town-house condominiums positioned around smaller lakes. Crescent Lakes is a part-rental part-residential community and offers some great villas for renting when visiting the area. A car is essential when staying in this area. When visiting the parks, there is a choice of routes via CR532 and Interstate 4 or more likely, via Poinciana Blvd onto US192 and then towards Interstate 4. The recent widening of Poinciana Blvd has improved this route and given the shops and outlets en-route, is likely to be the best route when visiting Seaworld and the International Drive area.

A small private gated community of landscaped gardens, situated on the south side of Poinciana Boulevard (off highway US192), towards the intersection with Orange Blossom Trail. Carry on a little further past Seaworld for International Drive (and the Orange County Convention center).
