Compass Bay is a new purpose built gated complex located between highway US192 and SR535 consisting of town-house condominiums positioned around smaller lakes. Carry on a little further past Seaworld for International Drive (and the Orange County Convention center). A new gated community, set in woodlands and lakelands off South Orange Blossom Trail, Watersong Resort offers executive Mediterranean style vacation properties. Built with a central clubhouse, which has a cyber cafe and fitness room. The resort also has a communal pool, basketball court, children's play area and picnic site. There is no need for golfers staying at Watersong to wake up too early, as Providence Golf Club is on your doorstep.

West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.
Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse (and gymnasium), communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!

Weston Hills is a small, exclusive gated community, offering short-term rental properties within a predominantly residential neighbourhood. Surrounded by conservation wetland and open countryside, the community can feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
Local facilities include a community centre, number of swimming pools (with one specifically for children), a children's play area, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball court and even a soccer pitch. As a gated resort located just south of US192, Windsor Hills offers one of the best locations when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. With a mixture of luxury properties, from 2 and 3 bedroom condos, to 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom townhouses and villas - this community caters for parties of all sizes. As a vacation resort style community, there is a separate heated lagoon pool and central clubhouse, which has a movie theatre and games arcade. For the active guest, there is a fitness center, sports courts and putting green. Children get their own playground as well.

Situated in a great location just south of highway US192, Windsor Palms has both villas and condos, as well as being a fantastic resort with unrivalled facilities. They include clubhouse, cinema, gym/fitness room, convenience store, swimming pool / spa, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, children’s play area, video games, billiards room, picnic / BBQ area and table tennis. The resort also caters for those who cannot leave work at home with business facilities including Internet access.
For golfers, there are a great selection of championship courses in the area, which include the Mystic Dunes Resort. There is no excuse for not getting to the tee early, as it effectively borders Windsor Palms.
Unlike the majority of vacation communities, if you would rather leave the car at the villa for the day, there is even resort transportation to the main theme parks and shopping malls (for an additional fee).
