As a gated resort located just south of US192, Windsor Hills offers one of the best locations when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. With a mixture of luxury properties, from 2 and 3 bedroom condos, to 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom townhouses and villas - this community caters for parties of all sizes. As a vacation resort style community, there is a separate heated lagoon pool and central clubhouse, which has a movie theatre and games arcade. For the active guest, there is a fitness center, sports courts and putting green. Children get their own playground as well.

With a fantastic selection of first-rate courses available year round and very local to the community, Windsor Hills makes a fantastic location when visiting the parks, shops or attractions.
Head around 2 miles towards highway US192 to find the local Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex. Here you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre and liquor store, along with a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine).
Local to the Formosa Gardens Villas complex are a selection of restaurants and eateries. These include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. Heading further on US192 towards Kissimmee and there will be countless other restaurants for eating out and an almost equal number of themed crazy golf to work off the meal!

Windsor Hills is located just south of highway US192 (the main road through to Kissimmee). This or the less-busy western route SR429 offer the most straightforward driving route to Walt Disney World. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head for Interstate 4 then north towards Orlando. Orlando International airport is accessible from Interstate 4 and the Beachline Expressway SR528. This is also the route to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.
For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.

These villa rental communities are nestled near to the new SR429 toll road and Old Lake Wilson Road. Villas located near here have a quick route through to highway US192 and the Walt Disney World Resort - especially Animal Kingdom. Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and the other Disney parks are easily accessible via the main thoroughfare of World Drive. Interstate 4 is the likely route when visiting Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive attractions.
