The Retreat at Legacy Park Villas

The Retreat is one of a number of purpose built part-vacation part-residential communities at The Villages of Legacy Park. This community offers stylish 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas with private pools in a peaceful woodland setting off highway 27. Set at the far end of Legacy Park, makes this community quieter, but close enough to Highway 27 for the preferred route to the attractions and beyond. The surrounding area also offers a multitude of golf courses to keep many a golfer busy.

Just south on US27 is the local Publix supermarket and Berry Town Centre Shopping Complex, with eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is around 3 miles north - just past the junction with US192.

Head south on US27 towards Interstate 4 and there is the Posner Park shopping centre offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. You will also find a further selection of restaurants available. Approximately 8 miles to the east lies the Championship Gate development, which hosts the Omni Resort hotel - offering fine dining for that special occasion.

The Retreat is located on highway US27, around 2 miles south of the intersection with highway US192 (the main road through to Kissimmee). The most straightforward driving route to Walt Disney World is via US192 or as an alternative, the less-busy western route SR429. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, head for Interstate 4 then north towards Orlando. Orlando International airport is accessible from Interstate 4 and the Beachline Expressway SR528. This is also the route to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.

For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 passing the intersection with Interstate 4.
