"I’ve been staying in Florida every year but definitely Jon and Sue’s house was the best. We had a minor issue but Jon/Sue and maintenance company contacted us right away and corrected the issue. They are very friendly and prompt. Outstanding service. I’m very picky about the cleanliness but House was very clean and beautiful. House located in gated community and has alarm so we felt very secured. Location was great too - we went to Lego land, Disney, sea world, wonder works, gatorland and beaches (Clearwater and st. Pete). All between 30 min to 2 hours distances. My kids said this is the best house we’ve been stayed. We definitely coming back next year. Thank you Jon/Sue and maintenance company."

"This villa is located in a quiet gated community, easy to find roughly 20-30 minutes south from Disney. The area was very quiet, not over crowded. There were many villas in this complex but barely any traffic once in side the gated community. The Club house has a gym, heated outdoor Jacuzzi (which was heavenly), a community pool which was nice. not too many visitors came to the community area while we were there. This pool had an interesting feature, it had a large 12' plus wide water opening which started at 8 inches deep and gradually increased to 3'.9" on the opposite side. This worked well for my youngest grandson who was 5 years old & at the same time the same pool on the far side was perfect because you could swim yet touch bottom. The Villa was very spacious > we were a party of 8, we had plenty of room. The Bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and the entire villa had a very nice decor. The pool in the unit was very nice, we used both pools frequently. We really enjoyed our Stay ! ! ! Hosts were fabulous very helpful."

"LOVELY well appointed home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are amazing! Well child proofed with fencing and alarm. The pool deck is large and plenty of chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master suite was very nice. The welcome book had all the info we needed, including restaurant recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with."
