Minimum stay: 4 nights, except Easter and Christmas/New Year: 1 week. We can sometimes accept bookings for less than 4 nights, but we charge a cleaning fee of $75 for stays of 3 nights or less.
Discounts for bookings of more than 2 weeks (please enquire).
Security deposit: we ask for a refundable security deposit of £200 or $300.
Pool heating: We charge £15 or $20 per day for pool heating, which is recommended from November to March. Please notify us in advance if required, so that it can be turned on ready for your arrival. The pool heater will raise the pool temperature about 15° to 20°F (8° to 12°C) above the air temperature. See our terms and conditions for our pool heating refund policy.

"That was a great stay in a nice villa on a very nice course. Everybody in my group where very please with my choice of villa and enjoy the tranquility around. The house is big and very useful , even for a group of guys like mine ( we where 8 ). It's close to supermarket , restaurant and not far from other golf course. I will be back there if I book another golf trip in Orlando.

"I have now stayed in three villas in Southern Dunes. I stay here every time I visit Florida now, and will continue to do so as the location is perfect.
It is just far enough to be perfectly peaceful, away from the busy tourist life that follows the theme parks etc. But it is also within a nice easy 25 minute drive of all the parks and shopping areas. I love southern dunes.
The community is so beautifully kept, and has such a nice calm, peaceful, holiday atmosphere to it.
I have to say of the three villas I have stayed in, this one is definitely my favourite. The open kitchen, living area is perfect for groups to hang out in, cook and eat together. We spent a good few lunchtimes and some evenings all in the same room, having a nice relaxing time on the days we were not out and about.
The pool area is everything you need, we heated the pool during our stay which was a good decision so not too much of a shock when diving in out of the florida heat.

"Wonderful villa
We have recently returned from a marvellous vacation in this lovely villa in Southern Dunes. We had previously been to Sourhern Dunes, so chose the area again because we enjoy accommodation slightly away from the parks (approx 25minutes drive). The gated community is peaceful, well managed & safe. For our family we love having the balance between the action packed theme parks & the quiet villa area.
The villa itself is well kept, having 4 spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a beautiful newly refurbished kitchen, together with a gorgeous swimming pool and decking area. We really felt the villa was a home from home & perfect place to relax. The pool was a particular highlight, in which we spent many hours enjoying the sunshine.
Southern Dunes has a Walmart just before the entrance to the gated community and so it was easy to pick up food to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition there are a wealth of different types of restaurants nearby.

Located south of the attractions, villas within the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club benefit from three key points - they are alongside a PGA-rated championship golf-course (ideal if you are a golfer and do not want to walk far), there is a WalMart within walking distance (ideal if you like to shop) and the peacefulness of the location.
As a gated community, the villas are a mixture of residential and short-term rental homes. The community has tennis courts, a communal pool, a gym, a lake that can be fished and a children's play area. For those on vacation, there is a clubhouse attached to the golf course which is open to the public for drinks and snacks.
With a WalMart within walking distance, everything you should need will be right on your doorstep. If you just want to pop-in to pick something up, well there is also a Winn-Dixie alongside.
Located around Haines City, not only are you near to Manny's Original Chophouse, but there are a number of eateries including , Burger King, Taco Bell, Checkers, Beef O'Bradys, Dominos, Quiznos, MacDonalds and First Wok Chinese restaurant. Head back towards US192 for a plethora of restaurants, bars and crazy golf courses - to work all that food off.
