The Shire at West Haven is the gateway to Central Florida being located just off Hwy 54. Its ideal location makes for easy access to Hwy 27, Hwy 192, I4 and the Theme Parks in addition to many prestigious championship golf courses such as those at Champions Gate, Reunion, Providence and Highlands Reserve being within a 5-10-minute drive! It is a beautiful secure gated community and is considered to be one of the very best locations in the Orlando area. Our guests will also have access to the community clubhouse (100 yards away) offering a range of recreational facilities including a resort-style swimming pool, two tennis courts, beach volley ball, table tennis, a fully equipped gym and lounge area.
Posner Park, a retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, with dining, shopping and entertainment facilities is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport only 40 minute drive away - all can be reached via the I4 at Champions Gate. The fabulous beaches of the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic beaches are just an hours’ drive away (all distances and timings are estimated via Google Maps for reference purposes).

Kitchen
The recently remodelled kitchen has a breakfast bar which offers seating for 6 together with a family dining table for an additional 4 diners which overlooks the pool. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped to handle all your family food preparation needs.
Lounge
A lovely quiet sitting room with sofa and armchair for reading your favourite book.
Dining
The formal dining area immediately adjacent to the formal lounge has a large rectangular table and seating for 6.
Bedrooms The King Master Bedroom Suite on the 1st floor provides a spacious retreat with large French doors that open onto a full-length private balcony overlooking the pool and stunning south facing views, with no rear neighbours. A perfect place for an early morning relax ahead of a busy vacation day. This beautifully dressed master includes a wall mounted 75” HD TV providing a private haven away from the family! A very expansive en-suite features a large, separate shower and tub bath with his and her twin sinks.
The second King Master bedroom also on the 1st floor offers the same access to the full-length balcony via French doors. Again, a generous sized room also features a wall mounted 65” HD LCD TV for your enjoyment. Another large en-suite with shower and bath completes this room
The shared full-length balcony for both Master suites features wicker rocking chairs with a ceiling light and fan – ideal to sit, relax and watch the world go by.
The third bedroom is a Queen bedroom on the ground floor facing the front of the property benefits from a neighbouring bathroom offering a shower over bath and sink vanity. This room”s attractive feature is its private situation away from the main family areas in the house. A 32” TV completes the room.
Bedroom 4 upstairs on the first floor with twin beds overlooking the front gardens and has a 55” HD LCD TV. This bedroom can be for adults, teens or children and hence is done in a neutral décor.
Bedroom 5 upstairs on the first floor is another twin-bedded room with bright décor and 32” TV to keep the kids amused.
Bathrooms
2 family bathrooms and 2 en-suites. Hair dryers and bath linens provided as standard.
Pool
Our fully screened pool deck and heated swimming pool with raised spa area is truly amazing and we feel sets this Villa out from the crowd. With a totally south facing aspect and no rear neighbours, it offers complete privacy and stunning views through the palm trees that flank the outside. Dine al fresco, enjoy the Florida sunshine or just sit and relax in the shade of the large covered lanai on a balmy evening – this pool deck is an “absolute gem” that is hard to beat. A child safety fence offers protection for smaller guests and pool towels are provided as standard.
Spa
In ground spa can be used with or without pool heat.
Private Screened in Balcony
The property has the benefit of a south-facing 40ft private balcony which runs the full length of the house. It is accessed via French Doors in both Master Suites and is fully screened in with a conservation view. A great place to escape to!
Covered Lanai
Large covered lanai running the width of the Villa. The perfect place to relax.
Outdoors
West Haven is a community with manicured side walks and beautifully maintained grounds. In addition to the Villa”s private south-facing pool upon request access can be made available to both the communal outdoor tennis courts and communal resort style swimming pool.
Games Room
Our wonderful Games room is well-equipped to provide fun for all the family! Why not play a game of pool on the 8ft pool table, enjoy a fast-paced competitive game of foosball, take a shot at the basket-ball game or alternatively, just watch the 55" TV ”Den”
Our new Den is on the first floor. It is equipped with a new 43 inch 4k TV, games console and futon. The perfect place for the kids to while away a few hours either gaming or watching DVDs whilst you get to chill out and relax.
Laundry
Separate Laundry room on the first floor with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

To rent our Villa the person making the booking must be over the age of 25.

7 night booking with the exception of holiday periods where the minimum is 14 nights

Pool Heat
Pool heat for both the spa and pool is recommended for stays during the months of November through to March and is charged at a rate of £25 a day (inclusive of all taxes). It should be requested at the time of booking.
How to make a reservation
Making a reservation is easy just drop me an e-mail with your name and address, dates and party size to allow me to check availability and get back to you.
I will email you a confirmation letter, a booking form and a copy of our terms.
To secure your dates complete and return your completed booking form with a £250 per week or part week deposit to hold the reservation.
The final balance, plus a £300 refundable security bond, is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Access codes and directions are given three weeks prior to arrival..

The house was very clean, well maintained, and in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the theme parks. We travelled with our daughter, her husband, and their 3 children. The two Master Suites made things great for the two couples and we all enjoyed the pool and games room. I would recommend the pool heat during cooler months as it allowed us to spend a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The house was well equipped, had everything you would need and we felt at home. It was a lot of house for the money and we would definitely stay again. It is a spacious and comfortable home with many amenities and I will recommend it to friends and family."

Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and the communication was great with the owner and the management company. Highly recommend, the pictures online depict the whole house accurately, the kitchen had all the dishes and tools we needed, we all loved the pool and hot tub (heat was a must for our chilly nights stay, but was so nice!), game room in the garage was a nice bonus and the den for our oldest was a nice little hideout with video games. West Haven, US27 (Central)
West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.
Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse (and gymnasium), communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!
The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.
