Executive Style Home with 26ft South facing Pool & Spa
This Indian Creek vacation home is situated on one of the closest residential estates to WDW. Just 3 miles from Animal Kingdom and 1 mile from Formosa Gardens shopping centre (mile marker 4 on highway 192) where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants – including Outback Steakhouse (everyone’s favourite), Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Carrabas. Close enough to the parks to be able to pop back for lunch and an afternoon swim or rest before returning to parks for the evening entertainment – fireworks, parades and shows.
Indian Creek is a quiet residential estate including two children’s playgrounds, tennis courts, baseball court, jogging circuit and small putting green all free to Indian Creek guests.
The house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday having a totally private fully fenced south facing pool & spa, fully equipped kitchen with an open gathering room & dining room. Sleeps 8 in comfort – suitable for 2 families. Entertainment for all ages.
LIVING ROOM contains a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and an armchair, tables, a TV and video recorder / DVD player, CD player. WIFI. Ceiling fans throughout.
KITCHEN AND DINING. The fully equipped kitchen includes a electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, telephone. A range of kitchen ware safe to use around the pool and sun deck. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen with a further table and 6 chairs in the formal Dining area.
MASTER BEDROOM has its own access to the pool area, a king-size bed, TV and DVD player, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a large corner bath, walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit, toilet, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.
2ND MASTER BEDROOM is equipped with a queen-size bed, TV with built in DVD player, clock radio, telephone, ceiling fan. The en-suite facility has a bath with shower, large vanity unit, toilet and hairdryer.
2 TWIN BEDDED ROOMS. The back bedroom has a TV with built in DVD player and looks onto the pool and sun deck. The side bedroom has a TV with built in DVD player and PS2 games console. These bedrooms share a full BATHROOM which also provides facilities for people using the pool and sun deck area.
Please note this villa can be rented with either 3 double bedded rooms plus 1 twin or 2 double bedded rooms plus 2 twin rooms
THE SOUTH FACING POOL AND JACUZZI measures 26ft x 13ft and is contained within its own screening. The pool & spa face due south thus benefitting from sun from early morning until evening all year round. You also benefit from increased privacy as the pool and sun deck is fully fenced and not overlooked by other properties. Pool heating is recommended from October – April. Spa heating is provided free of charge May - September.
The south facing pool & spa area is child friendly and has a security fence fitted between the pool & villa to comply with Florida State Law as well as alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool area.
There is a covered lanai area providing shade during the hottest part of the day, where you will find a table and 4 chairs for outdoor eating. There are also a further two reclining chairs with footstools and two loungers.
GARAGE contains the washing machine and tumble dryer and also pool table, air hockey and foosball.

Indian Creek is a community of 3-6 bedroom luxury holiday homes, equipped with all the amenities you would look for when visiting the area. Facilities within the community include tennis courts, children’s play area, basketball & games field, a putting green and a cycling & jogging track. For golfers, this is an ideal location with many courses in the area.
Just under 2 miles away towards US192 there is the local Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex, which has a supermarket and pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops including an ATM cash machine. The nearest WalMart is just north of the intersection between US192 and US27, although there is Publix supermarket just over 3 miles away at the Rolling Oaks Common shopping complex on US192.
For eating out, the Formosa Gardens Village offers a selection of restaurants and eateries, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano’s Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
Heading onto US192 towards Kissimmee, you will find countless restaurants for eating out and an almost equal number of themed crazy golf to work off the meal.
