Welcome to Villa Sunrise Dream, our fabulous lakeside haven, in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida.
In a prime location, just 4 miles from Disney World on the stunning gated community of Sunset Lakes (a prestigious, peaceful, gated community), we are close to US192 in the much sought after Formosa area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Villa Sunrise Dream is close enough to the attractions (Disney is less than 10 minutes) to return home for a leisurely lunch and cooling swim during your day . Golfers will be spoilt for choice with numerous superb courses nearby.
Villa Sunrise Dream is bright and spacious with luxurious furnishings and 2 stunning King Four Poster Master Suites each with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs Master Suite has its own private balcony overlooking the lake. The wonderful 30ft private pool (with shallow kiddies section), colour changing lights, extended deck and lanai overlook the stunning lake - enjoy the beautiful, spectacular sunsets and al fresco dining, or relax and rejuvenate in our fabulous Hot Tub/Spa.
For entertainment you'll love our Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, TV and will never be bored with TVs, DVDs, Stereo System, books for all ages, board games and jigsaw puzzles. Our wonderful, spacious kitchen is open plan to the family room, so no-one is excluded from the fun and socialising. The kitchen comes with large American cooker/oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The sink/waste disposal and dishwasher are situated on an island/breakfast bar with stools. There is also a good selection of outdoor plates and glasses for use around the pool area.

Your separate utility room has a large, separate washer and dryer, iron and ironing board - no need to take suitcases full of dirty washing home.

* 2 King Master Suites
Each enormous King Master Suite has a huge en-suite bathroom, with luxurious bath, walk-in shower, toilet, twin vanity units with Hollywood style spot/dressing room lights over, walk-in closets, and towel closet with a plentiful supply of towels for your use as well as luxurious 'Villa Sunrise Dream' bathrobes for your use- go on pamper yourself!
The Second Floor Suite is a perfect luxury retreat, with King Four Poster Bed and its own private balcony overlooking the lake (the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake). You also have your own TV, DVD and clock/radio.
The Ground Floor Suite also has a King Four Poster Bed and has its own patio doors to the pool (great for that refreshing early morning dip - just open your doors and jump in!!). You can also enjoy your own private cable T.V with DVD.
* Queen Bedroom with lake views
The Queen bedroom has a light and airy feel, fitted closets, an armoire, bedside tables, Flat Screen TV/DVD, with wonderful pool and lake views for you to wake to. The family bathroom is conveniently next door.

The Ground Floor twin room is Disney-themed with all your favourite characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Winnie the Pooh - perfect for the young ones (or young at heart!)
The Upstairs Twin with conservation views has a fitted closet, chest of drawers and bedside table, and is decorated in fresh, neutral colours to suit all ages. There is also a Flat Screen TV The Family bathroom is next door. This bedroom can also be converted to a King with our Create-a-King Bed Converter)

Our large private pool has a separate shallow area with fountain for non-swimmers and small kiddies, while the main pool is over sized with steps gently leading to the shallow end so that swimmers can really have a proper swim or just enjoy cooling off. There is a spacious deck with a plentiful supply of sun loungers and chairs. The covered lanai(for some welcome shade from the wonderful Florida sunshine) has a cooling fan and large designer dining table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining as the sun sets over the lake

The property owners even left a Christmas tree and decorations that we were able to put up for our children for Christmas Day while we were there. The kids' closets were filled with princess dresses, Star Wars costumes and other awesome dress-up clothes and Disney stuffed animals. We were close to Disney and anything else we needed. They had strollers we could take to Disney, games, books -- they had basically thought of everything! We would love to return to this property in the future!"

"We come to Florida each summer to visit family. This home is gorgeous. We were pleased with all the rooms. The pool was always warm. The hot tub was super hot when we arrived but after leaving the cover off for a few hours, it cooled down. They boys were surprised to find fishing poles and spent many hours catching fish in the pond. The pool was cleaned on Friday (as stated in the agreement). They discovered that a pipe was broken but communicated to us when it would be fixed and how soon after that we could go into the pool. It was fixed promptly---we actually didn't even know they were out there fixing it. This subdivision is close enough to Target, Walmart and many restaurants (with back ways to get there to avoid busy intersections) but also, DoorDash had no problem finding us when we ordered out. All in all, a great stay. We enjoyed it very much."

"This place is AMAZING!! Upon arrival, everything was clean and so much more beautiful in person then in the pictures. Dawn always responded if i had any questions immediately, and so did anyone from management. All the instructions were inside the welcome book and it was all very easy to follow. Although i did come to visit the theme parks, i was always excited to come back to the house after lol!! It was me and my best friend that stayed here and on our last day we enjoyed a nice BBQ session and that hot tub i never got out of lol!! I will definitely be staying here again next time on my next trip to Orlando. Thank you Dawn and to the management company as well for making my birthday a wonderful memorable one!!"

"The villa was fantastic and really complimented our holiday, the facilities were immaculate and pristine upon arrival. The house is large and spacious enough to satisfy our party, the children had a wonderful time in the games room & swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the sunset over the lake whilst enjoying cool drinks!
Location wise the house is very convenient and within a comfortable drive of all the parks, the shortcut to Disney was used on a regular basis. A short drive away along the 192 is a large selection of restaurants and shops , so deciding what to eat can be a problem!
Many thanks to Dawn who was very helpful throughout the whole process, we would definitely use the villa again if we were to return and would happily recommend the villa to our friends"

Sunset Lakes, Four Corners
A small, private gated community, Sunset Lakes offers detached pool homes built around two naturally formed lakes. Both lakes are stocked and can be fished from the bank or small boat. Bird and wildlife spotters will be equally content with what can be seen on and around the lakes. There is also a community pool (with changing rooms and cabana alongside) and a children's play area of swings, slide and themed climbing frame.
Although the Maingate area of US192 does have a number of fast-food and take-away eateries located nearby, there are a limited number of family-favourite restaurants. However, just head 3 miles east on highway US192 for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
The shopping complex also has a Winn Dixie supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine). The nearest Publix supermarket is just over 2 miles away at the Rolling Oaks shopping complex (just off US192). Alternatively, the nearest WalMart is around 5 miles away on US27 - north of the US192 intersection. If you are heading east on US192, there is also another WalMart on SR535 opposite the Lake Buena Vista shopping outlets.
