"Good evening Dawn Never emailed a villa owner on the evening if arrival but just felt like I must, just wanted to say how beautiful your villa really is, the view is absolutely gorgeous and the house itself is just stunning! Absolutely amazing the two master bedrooms is just perfect. The goodies that were left was a lovely touch too! Had a slight issue with a little baby dead frog greeting us in the pool but hopefully he had a nice little life until that point lol. Thanks again for all your communication and your help in everything, so excited to get our holiday starting now, off to the supermarket soon, one of my favourite things to do 😂. Had a fab weekend! "We loved our stay at Villa Sunrise Dreams. It was our first time as a family of four staying in a villa in Florida, having previously stayed in hotels. We loved the freedom and space it gave us. The private pool was lovely, with beautiful views over the lake - we even spotted a gator in the lake towards the end of the holiday. The house is well equipped and the washer and dryer was very welcome to help assist reduce the amount of washing I needed to bring home with us! The location is perfect for Disney (loved the short cut to the Disney estate) and lots of local restaurants and shops. Communication from Dawn was great from our first booking enquiry through to any other queries I had before and during our stay. Thoroughly recommend and would love to stay at either villa again."

"The villa was immaculate and very spacious for us as a family of 6 adults and 2 children. We were very pleased with the bright airy kitchen, dining and lounge area and an added bonus of a lake view from the pool area. The location was ideal with shops, restaurants and Disney being close by. We had a great stay and would recommend this villa."

"Our stay @ Sunset Dream was so pleasant we could have stayed longer ... Much longer ! You have such a beautiful Kissimmee home and in such a stunning and handy location. The villa was exceptionally clean and well organised with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were spoilt with choices of bedrooms .. bathrooms and TVs ! And your villa certainly has the best lake view in SunSet ! And next time need to find some smaller children to bring with us to make use of the princess costumes ! What a cute touch ! Our teenage boys loved the games room and all the facilities within! The pool and spa were well maintained and serviced during our stay and the selection of pool toys and towels certainly were welcome and saved the luggage space ! We did have to contact the management team after AC failed after a hot day but a quick email and visit .. an engineer was out and fixed it without any hassle at all ... Very responsive and helpful even when we set the house alarm off ! Your arrival information and information folder at the villa were very useful and the shortcut around Disney was very useful ! The local area has had huge investment and an exciting future seems to be ahead. So conveniently located for all facilities along the 192 and out retail visits to Target and Walmart(s) !!! We have visited Kissimmee on many occasions and your villa rates at the top of our stays .. we would most certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone who may enquire ! One of the closest villas to Disney ... In a very quiet area with such a lovely view . And thank you Dawn for making the booking process so simple and easy ... You were super helpful and responsive from the outset. It gave us confidence in our booking and took any accomodation stress away. Thank you once again Dawn ... "Hi Dawn We were a party of 3 adults and stayed for 12 nights during January 2024. There were many things we liked about this holiday home, the location was perfect being 5 minutes drive from the 192 with all of its restaurants and shops. Walmart 5 minutes, Publix 8 minutes, one of our favourite restaurants Cracker Barrel, 6 minutes. The shopping complex with Target, Sketchers, TJ Max to name a few and numerous places to eat right in your doorstep. The villa itself has two superb master suites, probably the best showers I have ever had in a holiday home, what seemed to be a newly fitted kitchen which was very well equipped and a great games room. The pool was very warm for the first week and then unfortunately following 2 days of extremely low temperatures it was too cold for us, however it recovered enough for a dip on our last da, not much you can do against nature. We had one problem with the hot tub and Rob from the management company was quickly in the scene, he was very personable and reassuring. The hot tub was a lovely constant temperature but was showing some signs of age. Air con, not that we needed it much worked well, as did the heating which we needed on several mornings. I would definitely recommend this villa and would stay again. Love Family January 2024"

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at the villa, that much that we extended our stay whilst here, we did not want to leave. Dawn was available to speak to and very helpful with any questions that we had. The management company were easy to get hold of when there was an issue with the pool heating and sorted it within a couple of hours. Watching the sunset over the lake was our favourite time of day after a busy day in the theme parks. We would love to return to the villa again in the future, it was so close to Disney and all local amenities."

You have thought of absolutely everything, down to the milk and snacks available on arrival which was so welcome, we loved our stay there, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Your villa was a huge part of our enjoyment on a very special family holiday. Villa Sunrise Dream is a fabulous villa. It is immaculate, so very well equipped (the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need) and it was lovely coming back after a busy day at the parks to relax in the hot tub and swimming pool. The location was perfect for us. Communication was excellent. During our stay we were very impressed by the quick response from the Management Team on a couple of small issues we had that were dealt with right away. We would highly recommend this villa"

The hot tub and swimming pool become used every day to recover from the heat and all the walking. The estate is so peaceful yet so close to everything I am not sure anything else could be wanted. "We have just returned home from a 2 week stay in Sunrise Dream and I could not recommend it highly enough! From when we first enquired through to booking, through to arriving and staying at the villa, Dawn made the whole process extremely easy and seamless. She explained everything throughly, offered helpful advice and answered any questions I had really quickly. The villa was immaculate, every little thing you could possibly need is thought of. The gated community where it is situated is lovely and really quiet, the view from the Villa on to the lake is amazing, especially the sunsets. We are a family of 5 and the highlight for my 3 boys was definitely the pool which they went in every morning before we went to the parks. Having a lovely well equipped kitchen to make our meals in when we wanted made a real difference too and meant we were able to save some dollars by not having to eat out every evening. A massive range of Shops/bars/restaurants are right on the doorstep, literally a 5 minute drive, and from leaving the villa to being parked inside the magic kingdom car park took us 15 mins tops, less most days. I would not hesitate to book with Dawn again, we had a fantastic holiday and we absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Dream."

"Hi Dawn, We absolutely loved the holiday and your fabulous villa! Kay (partner) was very upset to have to leave on Saturday morning and was asking me to extend the stay! The villa was perfect for us 6, everything we wished for and more. The view over the lake especially at Sunset was just amazing. Kids loved like really loved the pool and hot tub. Pool was great size as normally photos can be deceiving but yours was great. We all enjoyed the games room, air hockey was better than you find in some amusements here in UK. We will certainly recommend your villa to friends & work colleagues if they are visiting Orlando. We can't thank you enough and hopefully we get to visit again as location was perfect."

"Hi Dawn Good Morning. We had the best stay at your beautiful Villa Sunrise Dream on the wonderful Sunset Lakes. It has surpassed our previous villa stays. You have ensured everything is covered down to pool towels, scissors and we even saw hair straighteners in the cupboard!! It was such a lovely bit of luxury to return to after the hectic park days. The pool was amazing, we enjoyed lots of sunsets looking over the lake from it! The beds were incredible!!! We can tell you put your heart and soul into this Villa and it truly shows. We are already missing it! The next time we return to Florida this Villa will be the first I check availability for. Thank you."

"Hi Dawn, I must apologise too as I did not give you any feedback following our return to the UK. All I can say was the villa was fantastic. Everything was as described and having the swimming pool at our back door made our youngest's holiday. She loved being able to dip in as soon as we returned home from days out. We felt safe and secure in the gated community and had a couple of taxi rides from Billy who was exceptionally friendly and helpful too We have been telling everyone what a fabulous time we had and that your villa was outstanding and the location just could not have been better. Thank you for everything and we will certainly be in touch when we do another villa holiday to Florida. All in all though if I was rating your villa and location we would give a firm 10 out of 10. "We all loved the house. I would say of the 12 plus villas we have rented it was the best! Extremely well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. We like the position of Sunset Lakes and have stayed there before. Pool heating was great and ensured that our grandchild could enjoy the pool for as long as he wanted. his property was everything we hoped for and more. Very spacious - the 2 master suites are great if two families are staying together. Bathrooms are all very well appointed and immaculate. The kitchen was lovely and incredibly well supplied with everything you could need. A very professionally presented villa which I would thoroughly recommend. Communication with the friendly owners was excellent.� Thanks again for the very good communication in the run up to our renting your villa. We had a great holiday and the family all loved the villa. I just need to recover from 4 weeks away now! ."

"Hi Dawn We had a wonderful time in your home thank you. We appreciated the ease of the coded lock to enter. We loved the space - plenty of room for our teenagers to spread out and huge en-suite bathrooms. But the best thing was the pool overlooking the beautiful lake - so tranquil having breakfast watching the turtles pop up occasionally. The pool was a lovely temperature. Missing it already! "Hi Dawn Thoroughly enjoyed staying in your lovely home. Everything you could need and more. We spent most of our time, when we were in, round the pool area even in the evenings when it was dark. Very convenient for the Disney theme parks and close to some lovely restaurants. We usually stay further east off the 192, around the Medieval Times area, so this gave us the opportunity to try new places to eat. The weather was very kind to us, apart from getting drenched the last night. That’s Florida for you. Many thanks"

"The house was beautiful and we enjoyed everything about our stay there. The property owners even left a Christmas tree and decorations that we were able to put up for our children for Christmas Day while we were there. The kids' closets were filled with princess dresses, Star Wars costumes and other awesome dress-up clothes and Disney stuffed animals. We were close to Disney and anything else we needed. They had strollers we could take to Disney, games, books -- they had basically thought of everything! We would love to return to this property in the future!"

"Lovely home with easy access to Disney. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and home was clean and well equipped. We would definitely rent this home again."

"We come to Florida each summer to visit family. This home is gorgeous. We were pleased with all the rooms. The pool was always warm. The hot tub was super hot when we arrived but after leaving the cover off for a few hours, it cooled down. They boys were surprised to find fishing poles and spent many hours catching fish in the pond. The pool was cleaned on Friday (as stated in the agreement). They discovered that a pipe was broken but communicated to us when it would be fixed and how soon after that we could go into the pool. It was fixed promptly---we actually didn't even know they were out there fixing it. This subdivision is close enough to Target, Walmart and many restaurants (with back ways to get there to avoid busy intersections) but also, DoorDash had no problem finding us when we ordered out. All in all, a great stay. We enjoyed it very much."

"After a last minute cancelation of a previous property during Memorial Day weekend we found this beautiful home. We weren't disappointed. The home looked just like the pictures online. I had direct communication with property owner and didn't require assistance from property management during my 5 day stay."

"Amazing vacation This place is everything as advertised. We did have to call the property manager when we got there because the pool heater wasn't working but it was fixed in 1 day and the property manager was very polite and easy to work with. All amenities were high end. Overall 10 out of 10 would book this place again for another vacation."

"This place is AMAZING!! Upon arrival, everything was clean and so much more beautiful in person then in the pictures. Dawn always responded if i had any questions immediately, and so did anyone from management. All the instructions were inside the welcome book and it was all very easy to follow. Although i did come to visit the theme parks, i was always excited to come back to the house after lol!! It was me and my best friend that stayed here and on our last day we enjoyed a nice BBQ session and that hot tub i never got out of lol!! I will definitely be staying here again next time on my next trip to Orlando. Thank you Dawn and to the management company as well for making my birthday a wonderful memorable one!!"

"The villa was fantastic and really complimented our holiday, the facilities were immaculate and pristine upon arrival. The house is large and spacious enough to satisfy our party, the children had a wonderful time in the games room & swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the sunset over the lake whilst enjoying cool drinks! Location wise the house is very convenient and within a comfortable drive of all the parks, the shortcut to Disney was used on a regular basis. A short drive away along the 192 is a large selection of restaurants and shops , so deciding what to eat can be a problem!
