WELCOME to Lake Thomas Villa ideally located in Robbins Rest Place, a small community of just four homes directly off Ronald Reagan Parkway, the villa sits on the edge of Lake Thomas, is within 5 minutes' drive of the I-4 Champions Gate Exit 58, and just 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. Old Lake Wilson Road is nearby, providing direct access to the 192, whilst Kennedy Space Center or the coast is about an hour's drive away. The LIVING ROOM has wonderful views over the lake and pool, is luxuriously furnished with ceiling fan, TV providing Netflix, and a DVD player. The room is complimented by original artwork and an intricately carved leather suite and coffee table. A child safety alarm is provided on the patio door leading to the pool.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped for all your needs with a 4-ring stove, oven, and microwave. Also provided is a dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, glassware, china and cutlery. Laundry facilities consisting of a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
The DINING AREAoverlooks the pool, lake, and conservation area, it is open plan to the kitchen and seats up to 8 people around a beautiful dining table delicately inlaid with mother of pearl. A highchair is provided FREE of charge.
The KING BEDROOM is ensuite (separate shower, double vanity, garden bath) and overlooks the lake, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, intricately carved king size bed, bed linen/towels provided, TV.
The 2nd BEDROOM has a queen size bed, bed linen/towels provided, TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

Champions Gate facilities were really close and great. We had 5 adults stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. Villa was clean and tidy. The wildlife in the lake at the back is phenomenal, Alligators, Turtles, Ducks, Rabbits and some huge birds that we cannot name - wonderful experience, topped off by picturesque sun rises each day. ""Fabulous Villa". This three-bedroom villa was set in a perfect location. The accommodation offered everything you need for a holiday. The pool area was second to none offering privacy and views of the abundant nature overlooking a huge lake. Watching the sunrise from the sofa in the morning is just beautiful with peace and tranquillity. there was easy access to everything. We drove down to Daytona Beach, celebration, Disney Springs, Lake Eola and more which was great, all the parks are a short drive away. ""Ideal Vacation Location". Perfect location. Close to Disney parks, Champions gate and I4 and US27. A real home from home when not at the parks or shopping etc. Very easy to get into relaxed mode after a busy day. Great pool overlooking the beautiful lake. Fantastic view of sunrise and sunset over the lake but also great to watch the occasional Florida lightning storms! Choice of supermarkets / shopping nearby; publix: 5 minutes, target, 10 mins and Walmart, 15 minutes. Also, a 7/11 within walkable distance! We didn’t make use of the TV or Netflix which is available, but I can say the WiFi is excellent…. important when you’ve got 2 teenagers! No hesitation in recommending this property and would certainly use again. Thanks for the handy hints and guidelines Janet 🙂"

This time we had our 2 year old Ruby with us as well. The only struggle was convincing her to leave the pool to go to the theme parks! The personal touch and attention to detail from Janet is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed. We left our first review in October 2015, and can only echo those words again. Great villa in a perfect location, with tremendous views over the lake. We were visited by a multitude of wildlife also. "“Wow! What a location!”Hi Janet, Just a quick note to thank you for our stay at the villa. The location was even more beautiful than the photos; I especially loved the transformation of the view of the lake just before dawn through the sunrise and the morning sunshine. The hauntingly eerie black and silver background changing to the shimmering sparkle in the sunshine over the course of the early morning was a true joy to behold. The morning visits from the sand crane family who padded about as if posing was a delight. The location was far better than I thought with such quick and easy access to I 4, 192 and highway 27 making it perfect. Friends, who we had shown photos of the interior prior to our visit, expressed doubts about comfort of the furniture but in the short time we sat inside, usually at the end of the day, we found the sofas very comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable. Apart from the views we were attracted to the villa because it had individual character and style as opposed to the " folded swan towel "villas we were used to renting and we were not disappointed. Again thanks for the very comprehensive instructions and suggestions prior to our visit, they were very much appreciated and helpful. Unfortunately in such a short visit we just managed one of your outdoor suggestions and did stay overnight at Clearwater. In short we had a wonderful time and once again thank you."

"We stayed at Lake Thomas Villa for a week whilst exploring the Orlando area. Upon arrival, quite late at night, access to the house was simple enough. We unloaded the car and settled down for a cup of coffee and a chill before bed. We found the house to be full of quality furniture, the dining room table and carved chairs especially. The bed in the master bedroom was supremely comfy for us. All bedrooms were well appointed. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. The location of the house was very private, with a large lake to the rear and just a house to one side. We were lucky enough to have a visiting pair of Sandhill Cranes with their 2 chicks. Lots of other wildlife to be seen too. Great stuff. A must do is Lake Louisa State Park, as is the Medieval Times tournament along with all the usual Orlando attractions. All in all an excellent week was had by all."

""Value for money in great location": Stayed here in July -5 of us- including 3 teenage boys- very nice villa in great location down the i4. Easy location to get to all the parks and coast, with bonus of supermarket, Chinese and take away pizza with 2 minutes drive. A big thank you to Janet for the extensive information and knowledge of the area and the ease of renting the villa from herself and staying in contact through out the process and returning the deposit. The villa was clean and well maintained with all the usual gadgets that you could wish for (wfi for the boys), especially the pool that overlooked the beautiful lake. The pool was a good size that could be enjoyed, especially we had a great time playing our own version of volley ball!! The real benefit was looking at the view over the lake morning and night- I loved my morning ritual of drinking coffee on the lake deck and watching the wildlife- seeing a baby croc most days sun bathing on the lilly pads was a joy- glad we never saw mum!!! If you are looking for villa with plenty of space, value for money then this place is it. If we look to come back to Florida again I would have no hesitation in booking this first."

Robbins Rest, ChampionsGate / Loughman
Robbins Rest is a small established community of around seventy 3 and 4 bedroom residential homes and vacation villas with private pools. The community borders CR54 (Ronald Reagan Pkwy), which is the main road to the ChampionsGate resort and Interstate 4. It is set within the Florida countryside, with the southern side of the community overlooking Lake Thomas. This is also where you will find a separate smaller cul-de-sac of just four villas. Being such a small community, expect a quiet, relaxing and friendly welcome in this popular location.
Robbins Rest is a little under 3 miles south-east of the ChampionsGate intersection with Interstate 4. Head south on Interstate 4 for the Posner Park shopping complex, which offers major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There is also a selection of restaurants around this section of US27 and a British tavern.
Bordering the community at the junction of CR54 and Old Lake Wilson Rd is a service station, which has a food mart and take-a-way food. Head towards the ChampionsGate area for a number of restaurants and eateries including Chilis, La Crepe, Subway, China One (take-away), Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, Wingstreet and other eateries. For finer dining and a relaxing evening, there is the Omni resort at ChampionsGate. The nearest supermarket is Publix, which is also located in ChampionsGate. There is also a Walgreen's pharmacy and a 7-Eleven one-stop shop. The nearest Walmart is around 13 miles south towards Haines City or around 15 miles towards Kissimmee alongside Medieval Times. This is also where you will find the countless restaurants, bars and eateries along the US192 and SR535 towards Walt Disney World.
