The house was clean, very spacious and the pool and spa just topped it off. All the attractions were between 15 and 20 minutes from the house which was great.

"Booked this for some family I had coming in from Ireland, 10 people need space and this provided for a much more efficient cost than a hotel room for 2 weeks. Rooms had awesome themes, kids were happy and entertained with the pool and game room which saved us having to hesr about parks every day.

"The house was exactly as pictured. The house was clean. We stayed here for the whole of June 2020 and can highly recommend this property. A lovely new house and a great base for golf, shopping, visiting the theme parks, beach, Kennedy Space Centre etc. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool area is great very private there was nobody behind us so it was nice and relaxing. There are 4 loungers by the pool and it has a lovely table/chairs for eating outside. There is plenty of space inside the house and there is a separate games room too in the Garage with Xbox and a PlayStation for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and nearby supermarkets made life easy for us. It is a 10 min walk from the house to the resort pool which has a café, waterslide and new lazy river. There is also a gym and a cinema. We made good use of and enjoyed these facilities too . I'd certainly recommend and hope to go back soon!"

Champions Gate, US27 (Central)
Champions Gate is a newer, larger community located just of highway US27 and incorporates the sub-divisions the Retreat, Country Club, Estates and the Vistas. Offering luxury larger vacation villas with private pools, this community also borders the ChampionsGate golf club and has a central clubhouse.
Boasting excellent community facilities, the Oasis Club offers guests a resort pool, lazy river, children's splash zone, fitness centre, spa and sauna, games arcade, restaurant and beach volley court. An altogether great place to relax away from the attractions. There is also the Country Club at ChampionsGate which has a separate pool, tennis courts and take-out restaurant.
Heading south down US27 for around 5 miles (towards Interstate 4), there is the Posner Park shopping centre offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There are also a selection of restaurants available. Approximately 3 miles east lies Champions Gate downtown, which has a Publix supermarket, a number of local restaurants, as well as the Omni Resort hotel - offering fine dining for that special occasion.
Approximately 4 miles north on US27 there is another Publix supermarket and shopping complex, with eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart Supercenter is approximately 3.5 miles further north - just past the junction with US192.
