STUNNING 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH VILLA
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in the popular gated community of The Abbey at West Haven, Davenport, Florida, just a 15 minute drive from theme parks, major attractions, restaurants and shopping.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is family friendly and very pleasantly furnished. There is a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite / cable TV which you can watch English premier league football on, All bedrooms have flat screen t.v's free internet and the property is heated and air conditioned throughout. The villa has recently been updated for this season.
We have have also recently had a brand new games room installed comprising of pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
With a private, fully enclosed, south facing swimming pool and deck, our guests can relax in private or choose to use the lovely outdoor community pool, club house, tennis courts and gym.
The villa is disabled friendly and wheelchair accessible with wide doorways. There is a walk in shower / wet room and removable hoist by the poolside.
The living area is spacious and open plan with fully tiled floors, with comfortable seating, TV with satellite / cable channels, a DVD player, stereo, free internet and phone for free local calls to landlines. This bright and sunny room looks out through patio doors to the south facing pool.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and dishes and utensils. Perfect for those lazy holiday breakfasts! An ironing board and iron are also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with dining table and chairs overlooking the covered pool area. A breakfast bar also has seating.
The villa has recently been updated with new flooring and furnishings. It is wheelchair accessible. The property is no smoking and pets are not allowed. A 24 hour management company is on call for any needs you may have during your stay.
Both master bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with the rear master fully disabled access with walk in shower with a seated area in the shower. also there are disabled hand rails by the WC.
Both front twin bedrooms share a bathroom with an over bath shower,all bathrooms have hair dryers.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets,

The stunning pool is south facing for all day sunshine,there is a removable disabled hoist and also an outside shower to cool down. There is also an outside toilet for easy convenience. there are sunbeds around the pool and a table and chairs for alfresco dining which is under a covered lanai.

This was a nice property and clean upon arrival. This may be an odd thing to mention but this place had THE best towels of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of towels and they were huge and plush. A lot of beach towels for use in the pool too. I also liked that the pool has its own half bath on the patio so my kids didn’t have to trek wet through the house to use the toilet. The beds are very firm here which we found uncomfortable, BUT I know that’s a personal preference thing. The mattresses were in good condition, no lumps or humps. The distance to Disney World from here is short, but be aware that I-4 can get really crazy especially during rush hour. We found it best to leave half an hour before wanted to be at the gate."

"The house is lovely and comfortable and was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location to Disney was spot on and only took about 15 minutes to get back and forth (dending on traffic of course). Since we spent most of our time at the theme parks, we didn't use the game room or pool but both were beautiful and I'm sure would be hours of great fun. The house has everything you need and having 3 bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings a breeze for a big group. Caroline was a pleasure to work and all the information you need is in the home. There is a Publix near by which we stopped at several times. It was easy to pick up groceries to go back and make dinner after being at the theme parks which saved money. Our son celebrated his 21st birthday while we were there so we had a nice dinner at Miller's Ale House in Champions Gate. It was a great restaurant and a very memorable night. I would absolutely recommend this home if you are going to be in the Orlando area. We would love to r"

"After arriving we were pleasantly surprised to find that the pictures didn’t do justice to the house. It was much bigger than we thought and beautifully decorated. It is in a great position at the bottom of the 27. We found it easy to jump on and off the i4 so only a short drive to Disney and the 192. Also really close to Posner Park which has lots of shops and CiCi’s Pizza. Good sized pool and decking area and situated in a lovely neighbourhood (one neighbour helped us on bin day). A lovely stay in a lovely house!"

West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.
Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse (and gymnasium), communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!
The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.
