"Absolutely fantastic villa! John was super helpful and the villa had everything we could wish for for our 3 week break. Pool was amazing! Games room was lots of fun and bedrooms all comfortable and spacious. we had everything we could need and location was perfect.

"This villa has such a lovely feel to it like a home away from home. I had never booked direct with an owner before but it was so easy & John was our saviour when our previous villa cancelled just 10 weeks before. The villa is so spacious, the pool was usable all the time with the heating & the air conditioning made the villa comfortable at all times. The washing machine was very useful and the children loved the games room.
The villa is situated in a nice quiet residential area approx 15-20mins from Disney on a nice easy road. Shops & restaurants nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends & would definitely stay again"

"We loved our holiday at Mickeys villa.
There was plenty of space for our family... we had 2 single adults, 2 kids and 2 adults. The kids loved the pool and the spa was great for the adults to relax.
The villa is in a great area and we felt very safe, it was only a short drive from supermarkets, petrol station etc.
Only a 15-20 drive to the disney parks.
We will definitely be returning"

"We stayed over Halloween 2019, the house is beautifully laid out with lots of lovely touches to make it feel like a real home from home.
Just a couple of minutes drive from local amenities, with more being built as we speak! and Disney is only around 15 minutes with back roads in making it easy to avoid to I4 at busy times.
We met a lovely gentleman from the management company a couple of times when he was in the area and they were very easy to get hold of when we had an questions or issues.
Truly a fantastic villa for a group or larger family, we had family with us (totalled 10 at capacity!) and the communal areas of the home meant that we all came together at the beginning and end of the days to chat and dine, without feeling like we were all on top of eachother.
Superb property and thoughtful touches, felt honoured to have stayed 🥰 Thank you again xx"

"Oh my word what an amazing time we had staying at Mickeys Disney Villa!
5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms games room and a pool to die for WITH a jacuzzi!
We stayed here for one week at the end of May beginning of June 2019 perfect accommodation for 4 of us (mum dad and 2 boys - 9 & 5 yrs old) we used 3 out of the 5 bedrooms it was sooo comfortable that my boys had lie ins EVERY DAY 😃 BONUS 👌🏼
The pool was much lived in - with the scorching 38-42 degree heat that we had 🥵 it was so nice to cool down!
Lovely welcome pack when we arrived and easy access with the key pad! No keys!!!! Good amenities for us to use and lots of extra comforts too! Towels galore from bath to beach!
It is soooooo close to local shops and take aways and a 10/15 min drive to a very large Walmart! Soooo close to Disney parks too about 25 mins to magic kingdom car park... other parks much closer- just perfect!
I can not fault the communication with John the owner lovely to correspond with and answered any questions for a nervous mum travelling to USA for the first time with the family!
I can’t rate this villa enough! It was just so perfect! I would love to visit again maybe when the boys are older (and can pay for themselves!) 🤣 we may return - for us this was a dream come true and a once in a life time holiday- which Mickeys Disney’s Villa helped to come true! Thank you so much ... now all that’s left to say is how much my boys and I are missing it"

"Had a lovely stay at Mickey’s Disney Villa in May 2018. The villa is spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool is larger than average and the bonus jacuzzi was a great addition. The location is perfect, we could get to all Disney and Sea World parks within 25 minutes, Universal being just a further 10 minutes away. Close to local amenities and shopping centres we couldn’t have picked a better location for our stay. John was so helpful and answered all our queries quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone"

"Fab villa, recently stayed last 2 wks of August. Beautiful location ( nice to hear the sound of nature instead of traffic) and 24hr security making us feel very safe. Everything you need on hand ( including 3 hair dryers) plenty of space, big pool and lovely Jacuzzi. Close to all the parks and restaurants, excellent correspondence with owners, would highly recommend, can't wait to return."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in June /July 2017. The villa is very comfortable with everything you need for your holiday. The villa is in a great location for all the parks and other attractions in the Orlando area. I have three children who loved coming back from the parks and getting into the pool, while the adults relaxed in the lounge or in the spa! "Stayed here in August 2017. Great location, easy access to everywhere you need, parks or if, like us, you want to explore further afield. Plenty of space and pool was very welcome during the heat of an August Orlando. Villa has all you need and with supermarket, fast food and restaurants a short drive away, made it a great place to stay. New location for us and we really liked it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I can't see any reason not to award this fantastic villa 5 stars, lovely clean, very well equipped ideally situated villa. the pool / hot tub jacuzzi were also extremely well performing in terms of heating & powerful jets. For us personally having 2 sides backing onto the conservation reserve was fantastic & sandy ridge itself is a lovely very safe feeling community. John was extremely helpful & fantastic to communicate with throughout so 5 stars all round."

"Excellent villa at a great price. We have been visiting Orlando/Kissimmee area for the past 20 years on a regular basis. All that you need from a holiday villa & a great setting looking out the back at the woods. Close to the i4 (motorway to us Brits!) & easy to reach all the theme parks & restaurants etc. You`ll have to go a long way to find a better villa & helpful owner & management team. Take it from us, we`ve stayed in many villas & paid a whole lot more & got a whole lot less!.... MICKEYS DISNEY VILLA is Value for money.. Pleasant outlook.. Room for the largest of families or 2 families sharing without feeling crowded... book it, you won`t regret it. We`ll certainly stay here again next time we visit."
