In our house, feel like you are at home, with the comfort of a King bedroom suite and an attached bathroom with a deep soaker tub and 3 more bedrooms : one queen bedroom suite with its own bathroom and kids twins rooms separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom .
Enjoy the heated swimming pool and spa when you come tired from the parks watching our beautiful sky, maybe you can even see the Disney fireworks while lounging by the pool. Save your Money by preparing your favorite meals in our fully fitted kitchen; eat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table. Relax in a dining area open to the family room which features high cathedral ceilings, soft leather sofas, a 55" HD cable TV and DVD player to kick back and enjoy a movie during happy nights.

Take a rest from the Parks in our house with all the comfort that you have in your own house. Every member of the family can have his own bedroom and bathroom. You can use our kitchen with all new appliances to prepare your meals and save money to spent in the Parks.
The Resort has conservation trails and ponds where you can see the Nature and even the wild life of Florida.
We are so near the Disney parks that you can go to the Parks in the morning very quickly and come back to rest in the afternoon and go again to the Parks at night.
In the house we have 2 suites , one with a King bed and the other with a queen bed.
Two twin characters bedrooms with 2 beds in each and a bathroom beside them.
The bathroom of the Master suite has a shower and tub separately.

We stayed a month at this property and it lived up to its description. Enjoyed the pool and spa. The location was great. 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. The house was a little dated and the cooking items such as pots and pans need to be updated, but a great overall experience. We would rent this place again.

"We were wowed by this villa from the moment we arrived on the drive. Easy check in process. Larger kitchen than the photos show. Lovely warm pool & well maintained throughout the property. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to spread out, especially with the large games room which the kids loved!"

Emerald Island is a newer upmarket gated community, hidden away amongst woodland and offering executive villas, with the added benefit of a clubhouse and all the facilities you would expect from a holiday resort.
Boasting excellent community facilities centered around the huge clubhouse, guests have use of the community pool and sunbathing area, spa and sauna, gym and exercise room, games arcade and an internet cafe. Outside, there are tennis courts and basketball courts for the more sporty and children's play areas for the toddlers. All this and nature trails around the surrounding conversation and woodland area.
Heading around 2 miles towards US192, there is the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, walk-in medical centre, liquor store and a selection of other shops (including an ATM cash machine). For eating out, there is a selection of restaurants and eateries, which include an Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Giordano's Italian restaurant, as well as both a Chinese take-away and Japanese sushi bar. For quick snacks, there is also a Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. Heading onto US192 towards Kissimmee, you will find countless restaurants for eating out and an almost equal number of themed crazy golf to work off the meal!
