Escape to gorgeous sunny Florida, with YOUR OWN private pool and spa, and plenty of room to spread out!
Welcome to Palm Kisses, our Florida home, located in the fabulous (gated) Solterra Resort. The resort is located only 11.5 miles from Walt Disney World and is chock-full of amenities to keep you and the kids happy and making memories.
The house is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can do laundry if needed. We have also provided a baby monitor, 2 pack 'n plays (with sheets), high chair, booster seat, stroller, and a wagon for easy carting of pool items to the clubhouse pool. All of these additions make it easier to travel with the little ones!
Whether Disney is your destination or you're just looking for a relaxing vacation getaway, we welcome you to enjoy our Florida home. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, a coffeemaker, griddle, blender, crockpot, and toaster..... and our latest addition, a large 8 qt. Instant Pot pressure cooker to make mealtimes fast and easy! The dining table seats 8, with room for an additional 4 people at the bar. There is also a highchair and booster seat provided for the little ones (free of charge).
The living area joins nicely with the kitchen and dining areas. Sit on the comfortable leather couches and enjoy watching the included Disney+, Hulu, ESPN plus and other roku channels on the TV.

The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have king-sized beds.
• The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a huge attached bathroom with oversized shower, two sinks and a soaking tub.
• Next to the master is another king bedroom.
• The Star Wars room has (2) twin beds.
• The Frozen room has a twin over full bunk-bed, with an additional trundle (sleeps 4).
• A second master suite upstairs also has a king bed and attached bathroom with large shower.
• Another king bedroom is on the main floor, great for guests who have difficulty using the stairs.
The house has 5 full baths: one on the main floor and four upstairs.
All of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and sizeable closets. The house can accommodate a total of 14 people.
Resort pool (with slide), lazy river, and tennis courts
The private pool and spa are South-facing, for plenty of gorgeous Florida sunshine all day long. Enjoy your meals outside, poolside, in your private lanai. Pool towels are provided, including smaller quick-dry towels for the kids. Pool/spa heat is available for a modest daily fee. BBQ grills are available for rent as well.
A special surprise awaits in the garage, which has been transformed into a game room with foosball, a billiards table, and specialty murals on the walls.
The resort amenities are only a short 4-minute walk away. Relax by the lagoon-style pool, try out the slide, soak in the hot tub, or float down the lazy river. Try a snack at the poolside grill, play some tennis, or watch as the kids enjoy the playground. There is something for everyone!

Upstairs you will find a separate living area with flat-screen TV, comfy couches, and Wii-U with plenty of games and 4 controllers. Send the kids upstairs to play Mario Cart while you relax in front of your own movie on the main floor.
You can pack light because there is a large washer and dryer in the house for your use. We've also included pool towels at the house, a baby monitor, 2 pack 'n plays (with sheets), a high chair, booster seat, stroller, and a wagon for easy carting of pool items to the clubhouse pool. It's our favorite new item! All of these additions make it easier to travel with the little ones!

"We stayed here for a week in February and had so much fun. It is a great place to stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms. The whole house was very clean. We loved the open concept of the large living room/dinig/kitchen, it was a great place to hang out. The pool and hot tub are awesome, we added on heat and was definitely worth it, the water temp was perfect. Plenty of space outside to eat, relax or play. The kids really enjoyed the game room with pool table and foosball. The resort is great, had a good time at the resort pool going down the waterslide and floating down the lazy river. Great location near Disney and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!"

"We enjoyed a luxurious girls’ weekend in this beautiful Florida home. It was such a treat to each have our own room. I’m already scheming for a family trip where we share the house with another family. There’s plenty of places to spread out and lots of fun things for adults and kids to enjoy. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was just beautiful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and a great place to relax. The resort pool area was also wonderful and we enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this for an adult getaway or a family retreat. Some of our group headed to Disney for the day, and it was a great location for that!”"

"We rented your VRBO home in Davenport for a week at the end of January 2021. It was a great place, tons of room, quiet location, private pool jacuzzi, and quite near the attractions we wanted. We found the home clean when we arrived, and with all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook there or go out to a local restaurant of which there was a good variety within a short drive. We were there with 2 couples but the amount of room in the home could accommodate many more if needed. No complaints! We will for sure consider going back there when we’re back in the area."

"The pool and hot tub in the back yard was such a bonus!!! Being right there, you can use it whenever you want - morning, noon, and even before bed!! Even when it's raining!!! We could easily keep our eye on the 3 year old all the time, but the let the 6, 9 and 12 year old play on their own. AND NO SAND!!!
There are a nice variety of stores and shops in the vicinity. My wife loved shopping with the granddaughters. Also having Walmart deliver our groceries was very convenient!!!
We found out that this house is only an hour away from the Tampa Zoo. We are looking forward to coming back to visit and explore!"

"This was our 2nd time going to Florida, and our first time staying at a Beautiful house. It definitely doesn't compare to a hotel. We were very pleased with this Amazing home, private pool, and all of its amenities. Everything was within driving distance that the owners even had some great recommendations on to where to go for dinner or groceries. The home looks exactly like the pictures on the website, but with more appreciation when in person. We all enjoyed the pool every night, along with the pool table. We had a very busy week visiting new places, but would come back to relax in this Beautiful home. This is the place to stay the next time you're in Florida! Can't wait to our next vacation back!"

"As a grandmother, I was very impressed with the free facilities that were offered at the Clubhouse (lazy river, large pools, slide). All these facilities are relatively close to the house, so it's very easy to come and go whenever. The house has provided a great wagon to carry your things. I would have felt comfortable taking the grandchildren there by myself. Normally, the clubhouse provides the necessary tubes, but due to covid-19, this was not possible. We purchased a few at a very reasonable cost.
This house is so spacious, it allowed for great family space. As grandparents, we loved seeing the grandchildren able to freely do their thing. Yet the spaciousness still allowed Nana and Papa opportunity to have their own space too. The bedroom that we had was quiet and spacious. We loved it!!
We also thought the garage/game room was such a plus! It intrigued a 3 year old, a 15 year old, and even a 70 year old grandpa."

Solterra Resort is a new rental community offering luxury 4 bedroom townhouses through to 7 bedroom villas. All homes are located in a peaceful conservation area, with managed landscaping.
Central to the community is a clubhouse with excellent facilities. These include a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, tennis courts, basketball courts, volley ball courts and a beach style pool with water slides, cabanas and even water slides. There is a playground for the younger members of your party and should wish to stay within the resort, there is also a restaurant.
Solterra Resort is located around 5 miles north-east of the intersection between Interstate 4 and US27, which is where you will find the Posner Park shopping complex. This offers major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There is also a selection of restaurants around this section of US27 and and a British tavern.
Closer to the community is the ChampionsGate area, in which there are a number of restaurants and eateries including Chilis, La Crepe, Subway, China One (take-away), Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, Wingstreet and other eateries. For finer dining and a relaxing evening, there is the Omni Resort in ChampionsGate. The nearest supermarket is Publix, which is also located in ChampionsGate. There is also a Walgreen's pharmacy and a 7-Eleven one-stop shop. The nearest Walmart is around 11 miles south towards Haines City or around 15 miles towards Kissimmee alongside Medieval Times. This is also where you will find the countless restaurants, bars and eateries along the US192 and SR535 towards Walt Disney World.
