We have pleasure in welcoming you to our stunning contemporary styled 5* luxury villa situated in the wonderful and popular guard gated community of Watersong.
Our 6 bedroom 5 and half bathroom home easily sleeps up to 12 people plus a baby. Each bedroom have HDTV’s . Free wi-fi and local and national calls. With a fantastic modern, high end kitchen with a small cocktail bar, a 12 seater dining table, perfect for a family meal and catch up after your days adventures. The games room has a snooker table, air hockey, Foosball, table tennis and darts board. The extended pool deck and spa backing on to a conservation area with amazing wildlife. A perfect retreat after busy days in the parks or malls. Have a seat poolside with a cocktail or a beer watching the sun go down.
Our villa is located about half an hour from Orlando International Airport, approximately 25 minutes from Disney, 35 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to the main highways means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes' reach, all of which makes Watersong
one of Orlando’s most sought after rental communities.

The home has two separate living areas with contemporary designer furniture throughout, the front lounge is ideal if you just want to read a book and chill after a day in the parks, the second lounge has a 70” smart TV and a corner unit so you can sit together to watch the TV play, games or listen to music. There are a selection of books, games and CDs for your use. A blu-ray DVD is also available.
There is a high-end fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances, small cocktail bar with fridge and a large 12 seat family dining table so you can all eat together.

The 30' x 15' large oversized private pool has a secluded outlook onto a conservation area behind, with steps going into the shallow end. With sun throughout the day on the extended pool deck, you can enjoy the pool at any time of the day. The extended deck area means there is room for everyone to enjoy the sunshine, with 6 loungers and 6 chairs around a full size table underneath the lanai. A WC is situated near the lanai, so no need to go through the house. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge.
For those families with young children the added security of a pool fence is supplied. The lanai area is further equipped with a ceiling fan with lights. For those fancying a night time dip or a relax in the spa, lighting will illuminate the whole pool and spa.

4. If you are reserving a property within 8 weeks of the arrival date the total reservation amount is due, the total amount for the rental will automatically become non-refundable. You will be sent all the information you will require to locate and access the villa.
5. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
6. Paradise Palms Watersong is pleased to accept payments by, Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer details provided at time of booking.
7. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
8. All final payments must be made 10 weeks prior to the arrival date submitted on your booking agreement, Paradise Palms Watersong will request the payment by email, it is the renter's responsibility to inform Paradise Palms Watersong of any change of email address, failure to respond to final payment reminders could result in cancellation of the reservation. Paradise Palms Watersong will also try to make contact by phone with the renter for final payment.
Security Bond
All guests have to Pay a Security Bond of £300.00 / $500.00, which is required at the time of final Payment. This is intended to cover any loss or damage during your stay, for which you the Guest are solely responsible. The bond is fully refundable within 14 days of the departure date after confirmation from the local management company that no loss or damage has occurred. ""Paradise Palms Watersong Villa is SO lovely! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything you will need, the beds are all very comfortable! We loved having 3 king sized suites! We were there with our 26 and 23 year old kids and we each had our own master suite each with nice large bathroom/shower! The pool area is amazing and mostly private and large with enough lounge chairs for 6 and a nice seating area! We loved the spa to relax in after a day at the parks! There is also an outdoor table under the lanai which we used for every meal and game nights! There is a nice comfortable living room overlooking the pool where we watched some shows at night time! On our last night, we used the games room and played many games of pool! We were only 30 minutes from the Disney parks which was perfect to feel away from the hustle and bustle but also a close enough drive! Linda was wonderful to work with and very responsive! "Fantastic Florida Villa
Just back from an extended family holiday in Florida. December 2022 - January 2023. Stayed at this well presented, clean, spacious, well maintained holiday home. The facilities at the villa are excellent and as per the listing. We requested that the pool was heated for our stay, the modest cost charged was well worth it. The location is an easy drive to the parks, 20 - 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Far enough to be away from the crowds, but close enough to not be remote Communication with the owner, was first class, nothing was an issue. I highly recommend this villa and would definitely consider staying here again."

"How can I describe Paradise Palms Villa? Fab fab fab!!!! We are a family of 9 including grandparents, daughters and 3 very small grandchildren and I have to say the villa catered for everyone with wine fridge and 75 inch tv for us older ones to high chairs, cots and stair guards for the little ones. The villa was more than big enough for our family and furnished to a very high standard. We all made excellent use of the gamesroom but the entire family spent most afternoons playing in the pool which benefits from an extended pool deck and looks out on to a wooded conservation area. I have to say there were no arguments over bedrooms as the home has 3 Kingsize bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms. The development is gated with manned security and the landscaping is very well maintained. Would we stay here again? Absolutely and without hesitation and in fact we have already recommended it to friends! If you have questions or concerns, Linda was always on hand to answer questions and replied in a prompt and professional manner and on that note, we would like to thank Linda for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home."

"We had the pleasure of staying at this villa for three weeks between April and May 2022.
We had a fantastic time and would totally recommend.
The villa itself is throughly clean, modern with great access to most areas. It’s in a quiet area so you can really unwind from the parks.
The pool area is beautiful and not overlooked as it backs on to a conservation area.
The gated complex is friendly and welcoming to guests.
We had a small issue with the spa heat on our first few days but it was sorted within a day, nothing was too much trouble when we spoke to the owners.
The villa is spacious and well equipped for everything that you might need. Including extra towels and linen.
A publix superMarket is a few minutes away.
It took us about an hours drive from the airport to get to.
I would stay here again 100% if I visited Orlando.

We did have the optional heat and it was great to have for those evening swims or while relaxing in the spa. "A few miles past the usual Disney area rentals, but well worth the extra ten minute drive for the laid back atmosphere. Great place to relax after a day at parks. No neighbors to the rear. Pool and hot tub were well heated. House was extremely clean and not showing any wear. I contacted management because of an issue with TV and they responded to me almost immediately. I highly recommend this property."

"I stayed in this villa over the summer and it was amazing! Very spacious and all the rooms are presented to a high standard. Great to have access to your own private pool and jacuzzi in the villa, it was nice to be close to the kitchen to top up my cocktails.We loved the games room in the garage and the club house was a good place to go and chill by a different pool and all day sun. Great location not too far from the parks, we would definitely recommend to go to Disney and see the parade and fireworks. We will definitely be returning again next year!"

"Stayed here for 3 weeks and really did not want to leave. The house is bigger than it looks on the pictures but just as stunning. We loved having chill out days here in between the parks and beach days. The pool and spa area is great and accommodated us all, the sun was on the pool deck all day long. We ate out a lot but also made some meals and had a few takeaways. The dining table is a great place to eat and plan the next day. We have booked again for December and can't wait to experience Christmas feel."

The fact that all the bedrooms had there own bathrooms was a major plus. The pool and hot tub were used every night and was a great way to unwind from our very busy days. The villa is set in a very smart gated community There is ample room in this well maintained villa. We loved the pool area after a day at the parks.
The booking process which is completed over the internet was quite straight forward.

"Wonderful villa, at a perfect location!!
My husband and I recently stayed at this new, modern family villa for a long weekend, and loved our stay. There was a group of six of us staying, and there was plenty of room to accommodate us within the spacious villa. The beds were very comfortable, all having their own bathroom and closets/dressers. We were very impressed by the large open layout, with the kitchen and living room overlooking the pool and outdoor area. The pool was heated and had a separate hot tub which was great, to relax and watch the group of cranes and wildlife roam. The location was perfect, close to the shops, and more importantly the parks. We went to the Halloween Fright Night at Universal Studios, which we thoroughly recommend at this time of year! We are already planning our next stay at the villa!!"

"Great Location, Amazing villa
I recently rented out this brand new family villa and all I can say is WOW. It is a stunning, luxurious, spacious and comfortable villa in a truly relaxing atmosphere. Whilst we were very close to all the major parks the villa is wonderful for the rest days in-between your trips. It backs onto a conservation area so the only things that you will see are the sandhill cranes that are resident at Watersong. I can’t wait to return next year.

A new gated community, set in woodlands and lakelands off South Orange Blossom Trail, Watersong Resort offers executive Mediterranean style vacation properties. Built with a central clubhouse, which has a cyber cafe and fitness room. The resort also has a communal pool, basketball court, children's play area and picnic site. There is no need for golfers staying at Watersong to wake up too early, as Providence Golf Club is on your doorstep.
With this area still being developed, the number of local shops and restaurants may be limited. However, if you head towards Interstate-4 and Championsgate, you will find Pizza Hut, Wingstreet, Chilis and Beef O'Bradys amongst other eateries. Alternatively, carry on towards Kissimmee and US192 for the expected abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions.
The nearest supermarket for those everyday essentials is Publix, which is located just under 3 miles away at the intersection of South Orange Blossom Trail and Ronald Reagan Parkway. If you are looking for the nearest WalMart Supercenter, this can be found on US192 alongside Medieval Times. Around 10 miles west at the intersection between Interstate 4 and US27 is the Posner Park shopping complex which has major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. There is also a selection of restaurants and a tavern near by.
