Three weeks in this lovely villa. Hot tub and pool were wonderful. Will definitely be coming back. Have stayed in a few on Southern Dunes now but this was the best.

"Fantastic Villa in a spectacular location. Overlooks 17th fairway of golf course and pool area is private apart from the odd golfers passing. Great facilities locally, very well equipped villa, great layout. Security of gated community is a bonus. Ideal for visiting gulf coast as well as for Disney."

"The villa is in a wonderful, picturesque, gated community with lovely views of the 17th tee and a few minutes drive/10 minutes walk from supermarkets/restaurants. It is more spacious than the photo's show and the pool is south facing with plenty of room to swim - plus it is heated. This villa is the best equipped I have ever stayed in - everything you could possibly need has been supplied in the kitchen and round the pool area, plus 3 hairdryers and a set of heated tongs, loads of beach towels, BBQ, outdoor grill, games room. The pool and villa was spotless. It's about 20 mins from Disney - 1/2 - 1 hour to Universal depending on the traffic.
If I have a negative - it would be that the bed is a bit on the soft side - but that's a preference, not a complaint. Would I stay here again - yes!"

"We stayed for 3 weeks at this villa, it was immaculate! The villa is very well equipped in the kitchen, the lounge area is very comfortable with tv/cable etc for relaxing at night. The pool deck area is exceptional, fantastic pool which again was so clean, plenty of sun loungers and table/chairs for eating out. I spent most of my time there while other half cooled off in the games room playing pool. There is also a hot tub, which will be handy in slightly cooler months, for us we preferred to cool off in the pool! The bed was comfy and bathrooms well equipped (hairdryer, towels and pool towels all there (which saved on luggage weight!) and very clean. The gated community is quiet, peaceful and very secure. Would thoroughly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic time there and will definitely look to book again."

We have stayed here 3 times and we love it. It is south facing overlooking the 17th fairway with a lovely pool . It is spacious and extremely well maintained. The clubhouse is a short walk away and the food there is excellent. Lots of good golf at reasonable prices nearby.

"Beautiful villa in a lovely spot
The villa is immaculate and set in a beautiful spot on the golf course, catching the sun for most of the day. The open plan living area is spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The space with the pool and hot tub is spacious and very private. The games room is well equipped if you have kids and all of the bedrooms are spacious an comfortable. The villa is ideally situated, with all of the parks just a short drive away. The beautiful gulf coast is also a short drive. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby and it's not far to the nearest mall. I would highly recommend this villa for it lovely location and relaxed atmosphere, and we have already booked again for November 2016"

Stayed at this Villa on numerous occasions . Fabulous Villa has every amenity you will need all the comforts of home and more. Its in an excellent setting on a golf course . The pool area is a dream with fantastic views across the Golf course The location gives you sunshine all day long Lovely to sit and have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable, the furnishings are comfortable and luxurious and immaculately clean. The Location also is very central located close to Walmart which is very handy for all your food ,drinks and anything else you need. Drive time to the Parks 15 20 mins. The owner is very easy to deal with always answers any queries promptly . I would certainly recommend staying here we are in fact planni"

"Fabulous Holiday
Had a fabulous stay at Shirley's villa - spotlessly clean, all home comforts and more! The pool deck is fantastic with a beautiful, crystal clear, warm pool and a lovely view of the golf course. Our second time to Orlando; won't be our last. An easy drive to the parks and 2 minutes from Walmart. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a stay in Orlando.

"Beautiful well equipt villa
Beautiful spacious villa with everything you could need for your stay. Lovely very large and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The property has washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher and large fridge there is also a games room- what more could you need!! The outside has a fabulous swimming pool and a jacuzzi - the area is brilliant for bbq's especially with Walmart within walking distance. Situated on a private gated estate which is well maintained. Within easy access to all the fabulous things Orlando has offer! Disney about 20 mins,eating places on the door step and good if you like golf. Have stayed more than once and can highly recommend."

"Superb Villa and Surroundings
This was our first time booking a villa direct and not through a travel agent, and we were not disappointed. Shirley was on hand to answer any questions from the start, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. The villa was as described and immaculate throughout, and had EVERYTHING we needed and more! , The spacious living area and bedrooms make for a perfect family holiday. The pool area is fantastic, with excellent views over the golf course and complemented with a spa to relax in after a long day at the parks. The area is not overlooked at all and has a very private feel to it, whilst enjoying the sun all day. Situated close to many shops and food outlets the location is great with only a short drive to the theme parks.

"Perfect family holiday location
The villa is simply perfect for a family holiday. Let's start with location; 15/20 minutes to the parks, 2 minutes to Walmart, 5/10 minutes to dozens of great places to eat and a short walk to the club house which is also great. Pool overlooks the golf course, which is beautifully kept. The addition of the games room in the garage was a god-send for young kids, calming down after a day at the parks!! The only problem was getting the kids back in the car to come home. We will be back!!"

We have stayed at this villa several times over the last few years. The villa is maintained to a very high standard, with fantastic views over the 17th tee. The pool/hot tub and games room are excellent for relaxing with the family.
Very close by is Walmart and good eating places.
Would definitely recommend staying here and the location is very quiet and private."
