Fantastic villa near Disney in gated community on Sanctuary at West Haven, Davenport
Our beautiful villa
The villa benefits from its own private south facing pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. There is also an optional safety fence giving you more peace of mind when the children are enjoying the pool .
Disney is approximately 15 minutes drive away, Universal, Sea World, and many more attractions are approx. 25-40 minutes drive, Champions Gate Golf and Country Club and the local PublixSupermarket and restaurants are only 2 minutes drive away. Posner Park is ten minutes drive away with Target, JC Penney, Best Buy and many more shopping opportunities. A ten screen cinema has recently opened also.
Enjoy a meal in many of the local restaurants including Millers Alehouse, Chilli's, McDonald's also Italian, Chinese, Indian and many more or if you like to go further afield try the Mall at Millennia where you will find the Cheesecake Factory restaurant for something different
The villa location is ideal for I-4 and Hwy-192 for those shopping trips to Winter Garden Shopping Mall, Florida Mall and Premium Outlets if you like a bargain.

When you enter our beautiful villa you are immediately surprised at how bright and spacious the Living and Dining area is as you look through from the hallway and see the patio doors going out to the fantastic Screened South facing 30ft x 15ft pool with extended deck and covered Lanai
The Formal Dining Area has a 6 seat dining table set with more seating in the Breakfast Nook with another table and four chairs.
There is also a high chair and booster seat for the smaller children.
The Living Area has a comfortable set of sofas with a Smart TV.
The kitchen area has new kitchen upgrades with ceramic hob cooker/range, dishwasher and American side by side refrigerator .
The large spacious Master Bedroom is furnished with King size bed and lots of drawer space as well as a large walk in closet and 32 inch flat screen TV. Enjoy the large walk in shower or soak in the corner bath in the large master bathroom.
THE Queen Bedroom has a Queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and Firestick enabling you to log in to your favourite apps with access to Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom.
The Twin Bedroom is furnished with two single beds, ample drawer space and wardrobe, flat screen TV and Firestick also with access to Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom
The second Twin Bedroom is furnished with two single beds and flat screen TV with Firestick it also has ample drawer space and a wardrobe.
The South facing screened pool is 30ft x 15ft with covered lanai and extended deck. The deck is furnished with comfortable loungers and table and chairs for those lazy days away from all the parks and many activities available in Orlando. The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis and a BBQ is available for your use free of charge. In the winter months October to April it can be heated for a fee, just ask. Enjoy your time away from the parks and other activities chilling out at the pool. Have breakfast every morning in the Florida sun.
For your convenience there is a Samsung washing machine and dryer in this area and you will also find an ironing board and Iron if you wish to use them..
Beach towels can also be found in this area for your use around the pool.
The games room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey table, and also a TV for your convenience. You will also find an array of books and games for your use.

Just after booking this property I received a personal email from the owner, this completely set me at ease, and quite rightly so. From the minute we opened the door we felt at home. Safe, clean and luxurious. It is perfect for our family. This is our last day and we passed through some hotels. We turned to one another and said we were so glad we had the villa. Our own haven to escape to after a busy day, where we can sleep in and not worry about housekeeping, where we can truly relax! We recently stayed at the property which was well maintained and had every item you could want in it down to the kitchen coffee maker and pool table in the garage. However most out time was spent in the pool, chilling out which was lovely. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay plus the local management team looked after us very well too. "Really nice villa with a great pool
The villa is spacious and well maintained, all the appliances have been recently updated. The south facing pool is a real bonus, even at the end of October it was warm enough to swim even without heating. The location is good, about 20 mins from Disney and 40 mins from Universal. The owner Betty was really helpful."

8 of us stayed in this villa and it was perfect in every aspect - clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool and the addition of the BBQ made dinner choices very easy. It is so easy to find and has everything you need locally, and being just 15 minutes from Disney was an added bonus. West Haven, US27 (Central)
West Haven is a collection of a smaller gated sub-divisions, with upwards of 60 rental and residential properties within each. The sub-divisions at West Haven are: The Abbey, The Green, The Hamlet, The Manor, Sanctuary, The Shire and more recently, The Dales. Each sub-division is set off from tree-lined boulevards, with each offering luxury villas with private pools.
Dependent on which sub-division the villa is located, you may be able to use the clubhouse (and gymnasium), communal pool, tennis courts and volleyball pitch. For this reason, it is always best to first check with the villa owner to confirm access to these communal facilities.
Located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4, the West Haven communities border green land and orange grove area. With so many first-class golf courses within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers!
The Posner Park shopping complex is around 3 miles south of the West Haven communities (towards the intersection with Interstate 4), which is where you will find major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross and Dress for Less. Bordering the intersection are a number of local eateries, including Cracker Barrel, Beef O'Bradys, Waffle House, MacDonalds, Wendy's, an Asian Grill and a British tavern. The nearest Publix supermarket is around 3 miles east on CR54 at the Championsgate development. Here you will also find more shops and family favourite restaurants like Chilis.
Head north on US27 for a little over 5 miles for another Publix supermarket and shopping complex. There are a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is a further 3 miles north - near the junction with highway US192.
