Located within the immaculate and beautiful landscaped gardens of Calabay Parc set on Highway 27 approximately a five minute drive south from Highway 192 and north to Interstate 4, 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport
Calabay Parc is now firmly established and accepted as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to vacation around the Disney and Orlando areas.
There is easy access to shops including Walmart 3.98 Miles, Walgreens 4.5 miles, Restaurants and Golf choices galore within 5 miles, and most importantly, all of the Orlando theme parks and attractions from Calabay Parc. Florida Mall 28 miles and Millenium Mall 27.5 miles.

"Amazing Villa - it is a truly beautiful home, we wished we didn't have to leave.
Location is great, close to all the parks and shopping but far enough away for a relaxing evening. Everything we could need was provided and more. Kitchen etc were fully equipped and perfect for cooking our Christmas dinner. The personal touches like a beautiful Christmas tree made the Villa a home from home. Definitely recommend and if (when) we visit Florida again we will be in touch. Nicola was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

"We first came here 6 years ago and had a fantastic time. We always wanted to come back and are so pleased we did. Nicole has made improvements to what was an already fabulous home, but now it feels even more homely and we instantly felt relaxed.
You are in a great location for the parks, shopping malls, and restaurants. We were very impressed with the Cracker barrell just down the road on US27.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here - such a lovely well equipped, relaxing, homely and clean place to stay. After an exhausting day at the parks it was nice to know we had somewhere so comfortable to come home and relax.

"Like many others this is our return visit to Calabay Palms. we loved it so much 2 years ago that we just had to come back!
The house is perfect. We feel at home straight away. It is very well equipped with very comfy beds and a fabulous pool area. Location wise it is central to everything Orlando has to offer. We have visited Orlando on many occasions and this visit was the first time that we went to Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks in Nicole’s lovely villa. This is the third time our family have rented from Nicole, and from booking until the actual stay, she is accessible and very helpful.
The villa is amazing, so spacious and comfortable. We absolutely love the huge corner suite in the lounge area, and the lovely plush carpeting adds to the comfort.
All the beds are excellent quality and we had great sleeps. The swimming pool is beautiful and lovely and warm, great for relaxing in after a busy day exploring. The kids loved the games room and of course the pool. We loved having so much space, and friends who were visiting from a nearby Disney hotel (4 in a room) could not believe how spacious and comfortable the villa was, and the incredible value!

Great place, has everything what you need, stayed 5 nights, unfortunately we didn't have the time to use all the facilities because we were out for all the day. Definitely recommend to stay, but please stay longer and give time to enjoy the villa. Also Nicole the owner, was really helpful.

"WoW what an amazing and lovely place for my first visit, so comfortable and relaxing a real home from home. Loved the pool and hot tub, shame the weather wasn't better in the first week but that gave time to go shopping. Ideal position for the Parks and Shops, nothing seemed far away. Great for chilling out after a long day at Disney with everything you need. Close to restaurants, loved Dennys for breakfast and the Cheesecake Factory, so much choice. Had an amazing trip to Anna Maria Island and Lido Beach.

We so enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We had our children and grandchildren here. We came down to visit our daughter Kelley, she is interning at Disney in a restaurant in Animal Kingdom.
We loved the pool! We grilled on our last night for our ”Thanksgiving” dinner. The waterfall was soothing, my husband slept for hours by the pool.
The space was just perfect for all of us.
The games room was a definite hit with the grandchildren.

To find this home has been perfect. We have stayed on Calabay Parc on 4 other occasions and this home knocks the others out of the Parc!!
So homely and comfortable and so well equipped. The pool and deck area and the deck furniture are all fab. The hot tub an added extra.
The grandchildren loved the pin ball machine in the games room too.
All the furniture is very comfortable and perfect for a family holiday.

"This is our second visit to this wonderful villa. We have had a great time, wonderful sunny weather and have used the pool and the new hot tub.
It is a fantastic place and within easy reach of Disney and most importantly ESPN Wide World of Sports - which is where we attended the Worlds 2018 Cheerleading event to watch our two girls compete. They joined us in the second week to celebrate their success (8th in the World) and there is no better place than this beautiful villa.

"“We stayed at Calabay Palms villa for 2 weeks during Easter 2018. This was our second stay at the villa (which says everything really!) and I am happy to say it was just as enjoyable as the first! The villa is located approximately 40 mins drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on a very smart, well kept and quiet residential estate within relatively easy reach (20-30 mins drive) of the major attractions including all the Disney parks, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. Busch Gardens can also be reached in around one hours drive from the villa. A good-sized Publix supermarket, a (larger) Wal-Mart supermarket, and a Walgreens (pharmacy) are all within just 5 minutes drive, as is an excellent pizza take-away (Mia’s) and a Cracker Barrel restaurant. A large cinema complex can also be reached within 10 minutes.

We enjoyed the location, the pool and hot tub. The villa was so well equipped, clean and the only issue was who was going to have which bedroom!

Fantastic place and a fantastic holiday. The house is so homely but huge & luxurious! The downstairs bedroom is amazing, every room so tastefully decorated. We loved all the thoughtful touches for guests too, like pool towels and bathroom towels.
We needed to find a doctor and both the management and the owner were so helpful and proactive. The owner actually rang me to help get things sorted. The pool was lovely and will be missed by the children now that we are home. Thankyou so much it really was a holiday of a lifetime.

Nicole was really helpful when booking the villa and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a quiet area away from the main road. It was clean and very well maintained and we had no reason to contact management services during our stay. It is a real home from home with deep pile carpets, rugs, pictures and ornaments. The kitchen was spotless and is well equipped with everything you require. Although we didn't do any cooking as there are so many fabulous restaurants within easy driving distance. Our favourites were CrackerBarrel, Appleby's, Longhorn Steakhouse and Bob Evans. The villa is about 15 mins drive from Disney and it was wonderful to return to such as lovely home afte"

After having returned home last week, we are still coming down from a fantastic week in Orlando, and in Calabay Palms Villa. We would like to thank you greatly for the opportunity to rent the villa and spend an amazing time there.
The house is great, all the rooms and facilities very well kept and very welcoming. The pool and jacuzzi were very well used and we had all our meals outside at the big table. In short, it was everything we could dream of and we had a wonderful time. Really felt like a home away from home. Thank you!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this lovely villa for two weeks. The villa is better that described by the owner and is truly luxurious...from the very deep, soft piled carpets throughout, to the fridge with the built in ice-maker...everything was perfect.
The outside space was amazing! Large, warm pool, hot-tub, sun-loungers, very large table (ideal for having meals and playing games/cards with the children). The owners also ensured that there were inflatable loungers/rings/beach balls etc to use. This is where we spent most of our time when at the villa and had great fun.
The house was spotlessly clean and there was an abundance of towels, sheets, pillowcases etc.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two wonderful weeks. Nicole has made this vacation rental a real home with lovely decorations, nice furniture and high quality of linnen, kitchen appliances etc. and everything was very, very clean. Our two teens (and we did also) loved the gameroom which is exceptionally good equiped with even a pinn bal machine I personally loved. The pool and pool deck were very spacious with sun all day. The large table outside is great and we eat all of our meals at the pool deck if we didn't go out to eat. The villa is close to Disney and a 30 minute drive from Universal parks. Calabay Parc is a very clean and safe community and we liked being on that location. Nicole is great to work with and I enjoyed speak"

We had a wonderful stay in this home. We have been renting homes in Florida for 4 years now and this was one of our favorites. It's clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is lovely. You can tell that the owner (Nicole) takes pride in this home as it furnished with homey touches/decor, new appliances, fabulous patio furniture, great game room, books and more. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and we would not hesitate to stay here again."

Calabay Parc, US27 (Central)
Situated on the southern side of US27 towards the intersection with Interstate 4, Calabay Parc offers 3-5 bedroom executive style homes and relaxation through a woodland retreat of nature trails. Villas are finished to a high specification and many have over-sized plots set amongst established landscaping. The area very much caters for golfers, with many courses located nearby.
Although there is the local Ridgeview Plaza parade of local shops just over a mile south of Calabay Parc, the nearest Publix supermarket is a little over 3 miles north on US27. At this shopping complex there are also a number of eateries including Applebees, Quiznos, an Indian take-away and a wine & bistro parlour. The nearest Walmart is approximately 3 miles further north - just after the junction with US192.
Heading south on US27 for around 3.5 miles towards Interstate 4, there is the Posner Park shopping centre offering major stores including JC Penney, Target, Ross, Dress for Less and many more. Again, there is a further selection of restaurants available. Approximately 4 miles east of Calabay Parc lies the ChampionsGate development, which hosts a number of restaurants, shops and the Omni Resort hotel - offering fine dining for that special occasion.
