"Awesome Stay 5 Stars We had such a great time! steven was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and even called to check in and make sure things were going well! I made a mistake with my dates when I booked the property and he was so nice and worked with me to accommodate my mistake. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was a perfect temp and our 7 month old, 10 and 13 year olds all loved the stay! We actually got engaged there so the stay was even more special for us. We had an issue with security codes but steven and the property manager were both helpful and we were able to get in and out everyday and that’s what mattered most! We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back when we can!"

"Luxury 4 bedroom villa on Four corners Property was as advertised. Great location, Great Villa within 20 min. of any Disney park. Great Pool kids loved the hot tub and the owner was just great and the information pack that the owner sent was excellent. we will recommend this home to our friends and family and look forward to returning next year thank you Steve for letting us stay in your villa."

"Stunning Villa Our vacation at the villa was a nice relaxing week of enjoyment, with 90 degree weather as a pleasant contrast to our typical Michigan March weather. The property was as described, and Steven was an exceptional owner, being very responsive and courteous when we had questions. Our favourite feature, of course, was the pool/hot tub. The property was very clean, , I recommend this property, and you’ll appreciate Steven’s professionalism. Overall, we rate it a 5 out of 5 stars, and the villa is a great place for your families Florida getaway."

"GREAT VILLA 5 STARS Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando."

"What a great villa just had 2 weeks in the villa and it was spotless and just perfect the pictures don't do the home justice, there as been new appliances added this year along with new pool heater. the rooms are so big through out the home and we just loved the pool area it was so large and spacious and so private. My kids just loved it and having a day around the parks all they wanted to do is get back to the villa. very close to all shops and restaurants and just within 15 minutes for Disney. I would highly recommend this villa for location quality and space. and even the communication from Steve and the information pack that Steve sends you as all the information you will need it was just a dream come true and new ill be back hopefully next year thanks Steve and Wendy for letting us use you fabulous Villa. many Thanks Debs"

"Lovely Villa! Left on Apr 28, 2018 for a stay in Mar 2018 We have just returned from 3 weeks at this is a lovely villa and I can safely say that this is a villa that is very well looked after by it's owners Steve & Wendy and not simply a rental property. All of the furniture in the house is clearly high quality, very comfortable and in very good condition. The grounds and pool are also well maintained and the Spa was great, and very warm :-) As with all Villas in Orlando, you will need a car to get around, but i found that location of the villa was excellent, with very easy access to the 192 and I-4, so quick and easy access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and all of the parks, which was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time at Busch Gardens. The villa itself is very spacious, with more than enough room for a couple of families to share, and had pretty much everything you could ever need. Steve also kept us up to date with everything, and was very quick to answer any quest"

"Review: We have just returned from our stay at the Belgravia Villa and it was perfect!! Even before we got there the communications from Steven, the owner, were brilliant and explained every detail. We have been staying in villas in Florida for the past 10 years and like to visit different areas around the attractions and must say this is by far one of our favourites due to the fantastic location (just off US 27) which is only a short journey to Disney and obviously the villa itself. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice as it is fantastic with everything you could possibly require ( and more) during your stay. The pool and jacuzzi were secluded and the perimeter fence provided excellent privacy from others. Additionally even though there were only 2 of us staying in this huge villa we appreciated the security features (and I especially loved the alarm system that could be operated whilst in the villa). We shall definitely be coming back to this villa when we inevet"

"Great Villa Spent 3 weeks at this villa with my husband and 2 teenage children. This was a lovely villa. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Owner always answered emails and was very helpful. Pool was great but didn't spend much time at villa as always out at the parks. Villa was spacious and clean. Great Holiday."

"Just returned from a 17 night stay here and could not fault the villa itself or the whole service given by the villa owner Steve. A great info pack contained everything we needed to know and the villa itself was perfect. As others have said the photos do not reflect how great the place is. The location is quiet, private and not overlooked, not too far from the main parks and has everything you can think of. Great to have the security of the alarm system whilst you are away from the home. As a family of 6 we would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property. "Belgravia Villa was a fantastic home for our young family to stay for the duration of our 2 week holiday. The photos don't do the villa justice as it's much bigger in person. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean and in great condition throughout. The hardest thing was dragging my kids out of the pool every day they loved it so much. I would strongly recommend this property and Steve was a great guy to deal with and so helpful. First Class! We would definitely stay at the Belgravia Villa in the future.
