Executive Luxury Disney Villa on award winning gated Golf Community

Our villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, measuring 3537 sq. ft./332m2. The extended upstairs gives a larger loft area, two bigger bedrooms and enabling two further bathrooms to be added meaning we can comfortably sleep 14 people so perfect for multiple families. The south facing extended pool and deck overlook a conservation area so there are no rear neighbours. There are a number of upgraded features in the villa.

It is fully air-conditioned, including the games room and also with ceiling fans with lights in every room and has free hi speed 500 mbps wireless internet. Our villa is fully managed by a long standing and reputable Property Management Company providing added comfort knowing help and assistance is at hand should you need it. We also utilise their "Laundry Room" facility, this means there is no need for departing guests to strip beds and put bedding and towels in washing machines (a good time saver) as they are all removed and replaced with fresh linen and towels for the new guests. In addition to the home being cleaned prior to your arrival, it is inspected by our dedicated Property Manager to ensure it is up to the required standard.

Our villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard by a local interior design company to give that stylish, sophisticated feel but we also want to incorporate the fun element so there are three Disney Park Themed Bedrooms. There is a games room, incorporating a pool table, foosball, air hockey, dartboard and flat screen TV, a Playstation 4 games console. There are two 60” Smart 4k Ultra HD TV's, blu-ray DVD players, 42” Smart HD LCD TV's in every bedroom with a 50" in the master suite. The Smart TV's enable guests to sign into their own Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts to stream programmes and live TV is available through Roku with paid for subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Peacock and Discovery+. As well as giving a varied entertainment package it also means you can watch Premiership and Championship soccer.

Providence is situated in Davenport and about 15 miles from Disney World. It is a 24 hour manned, gated community mainly made up of residential or second home properties and also benefits from a Michael Dasher designed Par 72 Championship Golf Course.

The main living area in the home measuring 17'3” x 14'0”. There is a comfortable suite comprising of two 3 seater and one 2 seater sofas. A luxurious rug, coffee table and nest of tables to create a real homely feel to this area and you can relax and watch a wide range of entertainment, sport, films or blu ray DVD on the 60” 4k Smart Ultra HD TV.

The open plan area hosts the formal dining table that can seat 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel GE appliances comprising of a self-cleaning oven, microwave conveniently located above the range, 3 cycle dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. All the kitchen cabinets are the upgraded larger 42” maple wood cabinets and upgraded white Viatera worktops including a 50/50 stainless steel sink. As well as normal cooking utensils there is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender.

There are 4 bar stools for the kitchen breakfast bar area providing additional seating to the dining area if required.

The separate laundry room houses the Whirlpool electric washer and dryer and there is also a steam iron and ironing board. There is a also a safe large enough to store a laptop computer.

Downstairs

The master bedroom comprises a King bed and is tastefully decorated with wooden bedroom furniture, built in cupboards and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The first themed bedroom is a twin room with full wall painted mural depicting Disney's Animal Kingdom providing the perfect backdrop for the safari luggage furniture, wooden beds and animal print bedspreads, with built in wardrobe and wall mounted flat screen TV. These two rooms share a bathroom.

Upstairs
The master suite of the home is a huge bedroom housing a king bed, leather sofa and foot stool, white double drawer unit and 50" wall mounted flat screen TV. A massive walk in wardrobe provides more than enough storage space for all clothes and suitcases. The master suite bathroom has a huge walk in shower, twin sinks and a separate toilet.

The Queen suite has been decorated with a cool relaxing decor and has a private bathroom.

The Hollywood Studios Themed bedroom seems to be the favourite of the themed rooms from our guest feedback. This comprises two double/full beds so if required can sleep 4 people. Another hand painted mural depicting movie director Mickey Mouse and cameraman Goofy celebrating how ”It all started with a mouse” in black and white adorns the main wall above the beds. A film reel runs around the whole room and the black bedside cabinets, drawer unit and even a Directors Chair really give the room a ”classic” feel. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV. The film theme even continues into this private bathroom with an ornamental film reel on the wall.

The final themed bedroom is our Magic Kingdom room with a full wall hand painted mural showing Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto on Main Street USA. As well as Mickey Mouse window dressings and a large character print there is Mickey themed bedding. With built in wardrobe, a white double chest drawer unit and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The private bathroom has two sinks, one at either side of the bath

Outside Relaxation

The deck and pool are a real highlight of the home. By having these extended the deck measures 30' x 40' rather than the standard 21' x 40' and the pool is 30' x 15'. We chose the option of having the extended deck behind the pool so you can sit in front or behind on any of the numerous loungers. With the property being south facing, you can relax in the sun from morning until evening and with a conservation view you have no rear neighbours overlooking you.

There is a covered lanai where there is a comfortable rattan suite for if you wish to escape the sun for a while and also an outdoor table and chairs for the classic al-fresco dining.

The pool also has lighting making evening swimming a real treat.

The pool can be heated at an additional cost and this is recommended between October and May.

A fully fuelled and cleaned gas BBQ can also be rented from our property management company at an additional charge with a minimum rental period of 7 days.

Chill Out Room

Our ”Chill Out” room at the front of the house is the perfect place to just kick back and relax. We have had the optional glass doors fitted so if you want you can really shut yourself away for a while and enjoy either of the two cream leather sofas or the ultimate ”chill” on the leather chaise lounge. There is even a drinks bar.

Upstairs Sitting (Loft) Area

The upstairs loft/entertainment area measures a huge 14'0” x 24'4”. This has been decorated with a London theme and gives another great place to either watch a movie or play on the PS4 console. Enjoy either of these on the other wall mounted 60” 4k Smart Ultra HD TV. There is super comfortable red leather sectional suite and two black leather Barcelona chairs.

There is even desk and chair for the organiser of the group to sit and plan the next day's activities.

You don't even need to take your washing downstairs as there is also a laundry chute!!

Games Room

The Garage has been professionally converted into a fantastic games room to provide hours of entertainment for everyone. The games consist of a 7' pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic dartboard. The walls have been painted and decorated with retro wall art and the garage door has been insulated to keep the heat out and covered in a thermal curtain to really give the room a professional look. So it can be enjoyed any time of the day and all year round a portable air conditioning unit has been installed. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV and a bar table and stools.
