Windward Cay and our 4 bed villa with South facing pool that can accommodate between 10 and 12 guest depending on how sleeping arrangements are made, allowing two familys to share a Florida vacation together..
The surounding area.. Windward Cay is located Just off the Highway 192 at Mile ‘Marker 14’ Windward Cay is nearby to all of the major Orlando attractions, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios to Sea World and so much more!
We are close to local Restaurants and Shopping & Malls, The best beaches are within 60 to 80 miles, 2 miles to Publix Grocery Store, 1/2 mile to Wal-Mart. Kissimmee, close to Hwy 192 (Just between Hwy 535 and Hwy 423), just 8 miles east of Walt Disney World, Travel through four unique Disney Theme Parks! Splash into incredible Disney Water Parks!
With Walt Disney World attractions only 20 minutes away, the villa is an excellent base, ideal for returning to for a mid-afternoon lunch to chill out before hitting the outlets and fantastic shopping that the area has to offer.

Once you arrive and open the door of your chosen vacation home, you are greeted with not just one lounge/living room area but two.
There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar, which is very spacious and light.
A Master bedroom with En-Suite bathroom. The rear patio sliding door overlooking the swimming pool and deck area are just fabulous to have.
There are the two guest children’s bedrooms that share the bathroom with the Guest bedroom Mickey’s room & Minions room both with triple bunks and a twin bed, walk-in closet and a set of drawers.
Off the open plan lounge is the breakfast counter with stools and a full kitchen.
The kitchen has all the modern amenities: Dishwasher; Refrigerator/Freezer; Toaster; Microwave Oven; Juice maker, Waste Disposal System, Coffee Maker.
In the cupboards are all the utensils, pots & pans and crockery, enough for two families.
The utility furniture consisting of: a full size washing machine, a full dryer, an ironing board, iron.

FREE to use, for your enjoyment, are many books to read while you bask in the Florida sunshine, We have magazines, travel guides, and Books for your entertainment while staying at our Holiday Villa all for your pleasure!

Bedroom room 1 - Master Bedroom with a dressing table and bedside cabinets with lamps.
There is a large walk-in closet with ample space for hanging your clothes and contains all your linen requirements.
There is also a safe located in the master closet for your use at no additional cost
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool decking area.
There is also a remote control TV with a Flat Screen television. This bedroom has the en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom room 2 - Queen bedroom contains a queen size bed. It has a dressing table and bedside tables with remote control flat Screen television. This bedroom also has a large spacious closet and an additional variety of books for your reading pleasure.
The 3rd and 4th bedroom are adorable themed children's room for all ages.

Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Windward Cay Villa
is so conveniently situated with just a short 10 to 20 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and all the other major theme parks that surround the Orlando area of Florida. We are located in the hidden jewel of Kissimmee, the community of Windward Cay, a few minutes from Disney World and less than a mile from the hopping Highway 192, where you’ll find all the shopping and restaurants you will need on your dream holiday in the ’Sunshine State’ of America, with Medieval Times and Wal-Mart within walking distance!
Florida is still the most popular holiday destination and Kissimmee is the ideal location for all the popular delights it has to offer. With the 'Space Coast just an hours drive to the East and Tampa, (Busch Gardens) is just an hour in the opposite direction. For the more adventurous, Miami is a straight drive down Interstate 95 about 4 hours away on the East coast.

"The home was ready on arrival. It was very clean and it is accessible to restaurants and stores. Management responded quickly when I called. There were adequate towels, cookware, and cleaning product. I loved the washer and dry. Only one recommendation is to ensure that the towels are dried completely before putting them away to avoid them from smelling wet. However, after washing them over, everything was great. I had my 90-year-old mom with me and she enjoyed the carpet on the floors, I will definitely recommend this home to others. Thanks for letting me stay in your home."

"Great villa with excellent location
The villa is well equipped and was very clean. The pool area is peaceful and secluded. We have been to Florida many times and this is one of the best we found for location. The main highway 192 is within a 5 min drive. We walked the neighbourhood a couple of times at night and again the area is nice and quiet. Walmart superstore is within a 10 min drive. Would highly recommend.

Eggs, Bread, Milk Butter Juice, and a few other bits and bobs. This was so helpful to us when we arrived. The villa is really lovely and really big. It met all our needs and more.
It is local to the parks although the traffic on the main highways can get busy during peak times.

"I have used a fair few villas on windward Cay over the years.. It is such a small lovely quant development, always something to see on a morning walk and the neighbours are so pleasant. The villa floor plan is a lovely layout and feels very open and roomy. it has plenty of cooking equipment and the beds give you comfort of home.
We enjoy the pool area and the singing of the birds and the other wildlife.

A small development of varying sized villas just off highway US192 near to Medieval times. Windward Cay overlooks a conservation area and offers easy access to the nearby WalMart supercenter, along with many restaurants and shops on US192. Being in such a fantastic location, the Walt Disney World Resort parks are equally accessible, along with Seaworld, Universal Studios and the International Drive area using Interstate 4.
For golfers, Windward Cay provides an equally fantastic location for your visit with a number of excellent courses in the area. From Hunter's Creek in the east to Celebration in the west, all are easily accessible through back-door routes.
With Windward Cay being located between the north side of Poinciana Boulevard and US192 , there is the expected array of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Nearby restaurants include Chili's, Olive Garden, Applebee's, McDonald's, Wendys, TGI Fridays, Bob Evans, Smokey Bones and even the Medieval Times and Capone's dinner shows. Travel a little further towards the new 'Loop' complex (off Osceola Parkway) and expect even more shops, a JC Penneys department store and more great restaurants. For those everyday essentials, there is the local WalMart near Medieval Time), Super Target and Publix all within very easy reach.
For walking off those evening meals, visit one of the many gift shops or themed crazy golf courses dotted along US192, towards Kissimmee. Alternatively, head towards the lights and sounds that Downtown Disney has to offer - from Marketplace shops, a cinema, Planet Hollywood, Pleasure Island nightspot and many more nighttime attractions.
