Paradise at Pomo, 6 Bed Pool Home, Ideally Located
Perfectly located 6 Bedroom, 4 bath all on one floor within the highly desired Indian Creek community. Boasting 2 master suites, both with King beds and direct access through the en suites onto the pool deck and lanai. Only 3 miles, and 10 minutes from Disney and located directly behind Margaritaville off the main 192. Ideally located for all the theme parks, golf courses and shopping.
Our home features 2 king, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The large pool is fully fenced with private garden and close to the playground and open areas of Indian Creek. Smart TV’s in 5 of the bedrooms, 300Mb free internet, washer and dryer and can accommodate young children on request.
The living room has 2 three-seater settees and 1 two-seater settee, a coffee table and a flat screen smart television with Bose soundbar. With french style doors leading onto the 14' deep covered lanai area.
A selection of books and games are housed within the TV storage unit.
A free 300Mb/s WiFi Internet Connection is available for your use by everyone throughout the villa.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Ninja Grill, cutlery and a large selection of crockery.
The dining area contains an extended dining table and 8 chairs with a breakfast bar and 2 stools separating the space to the kitchen
The home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms;

Paradise on Pomo is situated on the popular and secure Indian Creek Subdivision. Only 3 miles and 10 minutes from Disney.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you read and fully understand these booking terms and conditions. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
• A contract between you and the owner will come into existence when the deposit or full payment is received, and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates.
• The deposit/full payment must be paid within 3 days of the booking being placed.
• The contract binds you (the lead booker) & all the members of the party who are part of the booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking.
• We require the names, ages, and contact details of all guests.
• A 50% deposit of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking.
• Bookings made less than sixty days before your arrival date must be paid in full, plus the £250 refundable damage deposit (if requested).
• The balance must be paid no later than sixty days before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation.
• All cancellations must be notified in writing and once received we will confirm the cancellation.
• The customer remains liable for a percentage of the booking cost when a cancellation is received, as detailed below:

• If your booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made to us for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
• The maximum number of persons occupying the property must not exceed 12 persons and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. If you wish to invite additional visitors to visit you during your stay, please ask us first.
• Tenancies normally commence at 4pm on the arrival date and guests are required to leave the rental by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a further day’s rental.
• Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed in the property.
• Pool Heat, if requested is charged at $25 per night
• Pets (other than US registered Service Animals but not Emotional Support Animals), vaping or smoking anywhere inside the premises will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to, and any damage or extra cleaning caused will be at your expense. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive dog hair or if dogs have been in the bedrooms, or on a sofa, we will charge a £200 fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. You are responsible for your Service Animal and you will be charged for any damage caused by the animal.
• Damages and breakages – please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss, damage or extra cleaning costs. These are to be paid for in full within 7 days of notification. Accidents do happen and if a small item is damaged, we just ask that you replace it with an item of similar appearance and value.

Indian Creek is a community of 3 to 6-bedroom vacation villas with private pools. Guests can enjoy tennis courts, basket ball court and a putting green, whilst children have their own play area. There is also a cycling and jogging track around the community.
On the nearby highway US192 alongside the junction with toll road SR429 there is the Rolling Oaks shopping complex, where you will find a Publix supermarket and Super Target. Travel east towards Kissimmee for the Formosa Gardens Village shopping complex and a Walmart supercenter at the junction with Old Lake Wilson Rd. Within these complexes and on the stretch of US192 between there are a variety of restaurants, which include Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Ford's Garage, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Fridays and Giordano's Italian restaurant. You will also find a selection of pizzerias, a Chinese take-away, sushi bar and many fast-food restaurants including Subway, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen.
