Vizcay Villas

Vizcay community is made up of a series of peaceful cul-de-sacs, with around 100 villas varying in size from 3 to 6-bedrooms.

Alongside the junction of highway US27 with Interstate 4 is the Posner Park shopping complex. This has a conveniently located Target supermarket, as well as a JC Penney, Ross Marshalls and other retailers. The nearest Publix supermarkets are south of the Interstate 4 junction on US27 and in Haines City, which is where you will also find the nearest Walmart supermarket. Bordering this section of US27 and the Posner Park complex are a number of restaurants including Denny's, Bob Evans, Five Guys, Burger King, McDonalds, the Davenport Ale House and other diners. Head to Haines City for more well-known chain restaurants, plus Sonny's BBQ and Manny's Original Chophouse. With an ever increasing number of restaurants in the area, you can always stay local in the evening. However, you also have the option to travel north towards the ChampionsGate area where you will find an Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, Chilis, Ford's Garage, 4 Corners Tavern, Tijuana Flats and Trevi's Italian restaurant.

When travelling to the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, Interstate 4 offers the most obvious route, although you have the option of diverting off for the less-busy western SR429 toll route or highway US192. For Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the International Drive area, continue north on Interstate 4 towards Orlando. The Beachline Expressway SR528 is also accessible from Interstate 4 and is the best route for Orlando International airport, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. For the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens, head south on Interstate 4 towards Tampa. For Legoland Florida, head south on highway US27 at the intersection with Interstate 4.
